I also bought the Evo 2 Pro 6k and I love it. I chose it because I did not like DJIs control over the aircraft after it was purchased. Sure it might save me if I try launching in a no fly area but I believe that is between me and the FAA. I love my Autel drone.

Someone who has had a 200$ drone and now owns an Autel evo 2 pro. Evi is 10x easier to fly. It hovers, it doesnt blow away in wind, and camera quality is unequivocal.

I was going to recommend the Mavic Air 2 but after looking at your requirements I would say the Autel Evo II 8K but it is a little more than your budget. It is a much better drone but more importantly for a drone in this price range it has the longest run time. I don't think you're going to find anything even close to 1500CAD that has 45 minutes.
