You can also easily push up the areas that you want more support in. I got a buckwheat hull pillow after years of getting annoyed with regular pillows leaving me with a crick in the neck and pain in my neck and shoulders for days. Since getting the buckwheat hull pillow, I haven’t had any of that. It takes a couple of days of getting used to, but I honestly can say it’s the best pillow I’ve ever had.

I posted about this the other day on another thread....but my buckwheat hull pillow is amazing. You can basically mold it and it will stay that way. So i put my arm under, then mold the pillow around it. It's great.

I've found luck with the Miracle Bamboo Pillow! It's more of a memory foam pillow so it molds to my arm and shoulder as well.
