Useless. 1st cord is to short if you are doing stairs. 2.after using the dirty water tank was almost empty , machine did not pick up the water even after a 2nd pass. 3. if you have fur the handle clogs. 4. front clear plastic is not removable so cleaning is a pain.

This cleans pretty well but it is difficult to keep the machine itself clean since the attachment doesn't come apart. Particles get stuck on the head and you can't get them out. I had to order a separate part from Bissell online that does come apart to use instead.

I used this a bunch of times .. I currently have a 1 and 3 year old that always spill drinks and food in my car so I decided to finally leave a review. I would recommend this .. only thing now is that it is leaking out the side so we will see if we can fix it.
