It's not documented and not physically obvious, but the sternum strap height is adjustable. You can pull the clips up and down the shoulder strap. Still quite small on me though and I'm going to have to return it.

I replaced my older Camelback Rogue with this newer model; older model is much easier to use. This new one is harder to fill and having problems keeping it from leaking.

Overall I really like this pack. It does its job well, but has a few drawbacks.
