how about a key code instead of hit any of the 5 right keys and it opens, also the little screw tool and +/- is confusing (and bad shading so you cant even see the symbols), so called manual sucks too. had to find a youtube video to see how to set combo

I like this key safe, this is very sturdi, security but little difficult to set it up. I take a little while to set up, but I did. That's why I only gave a 4 stars. Thanks amazon

I have used this lockbox for a year and it has worked well. When I had a problem with the button to clear the code (it came out and lost in a drawer), customer service replaced the locking mechanism, no questions asked, and were exceedingly prompt and pleasant.

The only issue I hade is the numbers are small and hard to see. I would make them larger and coat them with a different paint so they stand out ( which I did). Nice product otherwise. I would buy it again.

Works great. I have multiple lock boxes and these are my favorite. Easy to install. Easy to set the code. Durable. Easy to get into. Most importantly…Secure.

Perfect product. Sits at my vacation home so if I forget my keys......which already happened once! Sturdy and very well built.

Bad quality. Just start use on one property. Few days later. You don’t need a code, just push down, it can be open it.
