The product serves its function. It does repel water, but I did seem to get the pack a little wet when it rained for a couple hours on the Pinhoti Trail. Compared to others it could be a bit lighter, but its not heavy by any means. It does however seem to be durable, and a well made product.

Used it on some long backpacking trips in multiple countries as well as overnighters here at home. It can resist high patagonian winds and stay on your pack without worrying it will fly, water resistance is good. The downside of it is it tears easily if snagged.

I purchased an Osprey Atmos 65AG size medium, and this cover is a very good fit.
