 it's just a matter of pulling these apart and once you've done it once or twice and then the other the all those zippers come together in the center and they go into this locking mechanism again which is would be kind of frustrating for a thief, but if you've been using it for a while it gets easier to do and then this pulls together. If you can pull these together and then if you can see right there here's a place for a a little hole for a padlock. Small padlock or the or the cord could go through there and lock thing lock things up. Actually the court couldn't go the like lock things up because it's not large enough but it's made for a padlock rather than for this cordons cord was in go somewhere in like that

Review: Pacsafe Venturesafe EXP45 Anti-Theft Backpack

 If you've ever seen videos on this, you know how comically easy it can be to break into standard single nylon zippers. These hip straps aren't huge, but they're large enough. They go around to the side and it's back is a little bit flat, but it is nice and firm and it sits well in my back. The bag is a little bit boxy the aesthetics of it, but that's to be expected in a large volume bag that's intended to be a travel suitcase

 So to wrap up the review: Pacsafe Venture Safe Exp 45 I think this is a great compromise between weight quality and cost. They do skimp a little bit by using some off-brand hardware, but it's not low quality and this fabric is quite a bit thinner than you're going to see in something with a cordura. However, they managed to add some great security features to this pack while keeping the weight and the cost relatively low. Keeping these locking mechanisms for the zippers hidden behind the flap offers you good security without being obvious

 The zipper hardware is interesting. They use off-brand pulls throughout the bag. On the interior. They have these smaller number five aluminum zippers, not as high quality as Ykk, but they're also not the cheapest I've seen either

 I have the 45 liter version here, which is just under 22 by 14 by nine inches wide. This is the largest capacity pack that you can use as a carry-on without having to check it. At 3.81 pounds, this thing is a little bit on the heavy side compared to other minimalist packs, but as I'll show you, I think they managed to pack a lot of security features into this bag without adding a ton of weight

 So I have an Eagle Creek kind of half pack which takes all my clothes that kind of goes in like that, fits really nicely packing cubes, then all kind of like my undergarments, go another Eagle Creek packing cube, then I might have my electronics, I know I said it fits in the front but I might put it in there because it looks like it fits quite nicely, like that and then I'll zip that up or put the compression straps on, I'll do that one, I'll put my laptop, toiletries I'll put in there, probably put them in another waterproof bag though because I wouldn't feel safe in with my laptop, I travel always with a first aid kit, another handheld tripod thing, put that in there and then my passport wallet in there as well and I zip that up. So guys this is the kind of stuff I would take going on a weekend trip or a six month trip, depending on where I'm going in the world, depends on what clothes I take, so if it goes from a cold I'd probably chuck a jacket in here, some thermals, if I wear hotter I might even take less stuff and look how much I can take and still keep that nice slim profile, I'll just show you what it looks like on. Hey guys so this is with the backpack on, it's fully packed the same stuff you saw me put in the bag and it fits to your back really nicely, I love how it feels on the shoulders with the straps, the nice chunky hip straps are coming in well and this is what it looks like, I love that slim minimalist profile as well how it's keeping it all together, it's really nice. Hey guys just to add a couple of reference points, I am six foot about 80 kilos so that shows you kind of how the bag fits on my back and this is my dog Rocco who is probably about one foot and weighs about three kilos, that's just to give you a few reference points

 You get some bags with, I don't know, you could hang a kitchen sink with it, this is just flat and amazing. So that's really cool, that's a really nice touch and compared to the Osprey where you have to unzip everything, I don't like that whole zippy thing, it looks like really uncomfortable and yeah I didn't, I never used it and I didn't really like it. This handle is at this angle so if you see that, that's a carry angle, this angle not on the top because the top is, I'm guessing it would take too much space and that's where this clip comes in, I can take too much space in the actual carry on so I like that touch, that's really nice touch I'd say, good job. Travel with only carry on - Pacsafe Venturesafe EXP45 Anti-Theft 45L review

 Hey guys, welcome to my first ever review. Today I'm going to be reviewing the Pacsafe

 45L Venture Safe EXP. It's an awesome bag. In this video what I'm going to cover is I'm

 going to cover the bag itself, why I got this bag, the advantages, some of the disadvantages

 and towards the end of the video I am going to actually pack the bag to show you how much

 stuff you can take and what I typically take on a trip. Without further ado, here is the

 bag. Here is the Pacsafe Venture Safe, let's call it the 45L. This is it guys, it came

 in the post yesterday and as soon as I saw it, it inspired me to do a review on a product

 because I liked it that much. Just to let you know this isn't sponsored by Pacsafe,

 I bought this with my own money and it's because I'm a travel enthusiast, a technology enthusiast

 and now a blogger. So I got this bag for a few reasons. Main one is it's a single carry

 on. So people who are going towards, and I'm one of them, having a single bag where you

 can just walk onto the plane, put it in your own head cupboard or put it underneath a seat

 in front of you and then walk off the plane and you don't have to wait for your bag, there's

 no risk of it getting stolen, tampered with, etc etc. And just carrying one bag is just

 freedom. You're going to be walking from, to your hotel, to your hostel, on the train,

 you don't want to have to carry two bags, it's just risky right? Someone could take

 me over the bags, etc etc. I'll go into more detail on single bag travel, I want to keep

 this to this Pacific Pacsafe bag for the time being, but yeah I'm quite passionate about

 it. So, let's go start from the outside and then we'll go into the pockets and then I'll

 pack it full of some stuff to show you what it can take. So, one of the main reasons I

 got this bag was this, this front panel and how it looks, it's so minimalist, it's crazy,

 I love it. You get some bags with, I don't know, you could hang a kitchen sink with it,

 this is just flat and amazing. One of the reasons I like this bag is because it doesn't

 look touristy, it doesn't scream, I'm a backpacker, come, you know, tamper with my bag, take my

 stuff, you know, this is a city goer bag, which I really like, you know, it has that

 appeal to it where you can just blend in with the rest of the crowd, a city and a town,

 it doesn't catch your eye. So, that's why I love it. Pacsafe, I love how you just put

 your logo there and you have made a massive Pacsafe down the middle, that's a really nice

 touch, again, it just looks like any other rucksack. So, that's the front, which I love,

 which has these compression straps, it has this top triangle thing, which I reckon you

 can put like a jacket or something in there and chop it up and it could go through like

 another pocket. Still got the labels on here, this is how I just bought it, I'm going to

 take them off, there you go. So, that reminder actually, on the cover in this bag is a kind

 of like chicken wire, I don't know if you call that around the rest of the world, but

 this exo mesh. So, in here, you can't slash the bag and just take your stuff, it actually

 has a metal compound, which makes the bag like a walking safe, it's unbelievable. To

 feel the weight of it, it's not much heavier than a lightweight hiking backpack, I'll

 tell you that, obviously it's a little bit more heavy, but you know, that doesn't really

 weigh too much. If you look here, this is one of their, another safety feature, so you

 lock all the zippers together and you put it in here and you can put your padlock in

 there, lock it and then this is completely, you know, that would be really hard to get

 undone. So, I feel safe leaving this at a hostel, tied to a bunk bed, if you want to
