it soaks up the soapy water like a sponge. prepare to get wet. It is very soft so I dont worry about scratching my paint as long as the water stays fairly clean. I used a sponge for 45 years and have not adapted well to a mitten. It works, I use it, but I liked my sponge.

Problem I've had is with "large" mitts being too small. I like a good size glove but don't really have big hands but these are large enough, roomy enough, not cramped feeling. They hold the soapy water well and rinse quickly. Very good value for these 2 mitts.

Works for me. Can leave behind some material when washing. Like all wash mitts this thing will snag if your not careful. Overall I’m happy with this purchase

I did have a QC issue with one of the mitts from my order. The seller reached out and offered a replacement which seems to be good.
