Was expecting better quality from TRX, been using them for the past few months and the medium is already starting to rip. They came with little holes in them when makes them easier to tear.

Okay not swole but resistance bands have helped me up my game by taking a mundane exercise like squats... but the bands on and get in your stance. You will do double duty on your workout.

Used for strength building at home. They are a set of 3 with graduated tensile strength; easy for travel; useable sitting for standing. A very good 'bang for the buck'.

My daughter is a dancer. I gave her these bands as a Christmas present. She uses them as part of her stretching routine. and loves them.

Wonderful quality in these bands. Perfect to be used on their own or as a complement to your Trx training session

These bands are rubbish. Folds up as you exercise & start cutting into your legs. Wish I got fabric ones now

These bands are a great addition to my home gym. I just ordered extra for training my clients too, since other mini bands tend to roll up or have too little resistance... TRX bands are wide enough to stay in place during a set. Thanks for providing a quality product!

These bands provide a one an exhausting workout for the core, shoulders, thighs, arms. Being able to go from very easy to extremely challenging merely by changing a band. My thanks for promoting these bands as part of a home fitness program during these Covid19 days

Love my TRX band purchase. After participating in the TRX Virtual Training Summit, I realized that I needed some light bands. I bought the Light and Xtra Light bands. I use them with my clients and also use them myself. They are great for shoulder activation.
