Turtle Beach Stealth 700P

I just bought the Turtle Beach next-gen 2 stealth 700 $160, there flippin Awesome loud in game!!!. Except I'm having bluetooth issues on my android phone playing YouTube and mp3 songs, if you pause or hit next song or video the volume goes down by more then half, also turtle beach app hub doesn't always save my custom E.Q., (they don't explain the custom E.Q. In the instructions) have found fix but problems returns soon as I hit pause or play next!.
