So far I'm loving the watch. I enjoy seeing all of the health and running statistics in the Garmin Connect app and I think its a big motivator. The last running watch I had was an old Forerunner 305 that died a few years ago, so I'm really amazed on how much improved the whole experience is along with the Garmin Connect app. The app makes it easy to upload runs and to update the watch, just open up the app after the initial Bluetooth paring and it starts to sync

Helps get those hard to reach areas… you can use it yourself it helps to apply pressure to those difficult to each places (middle of the back, onset the shoulder blades. Can easily roll out the front and back thighs.

The colors are a little more washed out when the light is on, but it is still very easy to read in most lighting conditions. This is not going to satisfy anyone looking strictly for a smartwatch, but it has enough smartwatch features to make it a useful everyday watch. Access to your phones calendar, and notifications are useful. The internal alarms come with more options than Fitbit's offerings

Great product by a great company. I love the smaller size (11”) as it easily fits into my backpack. I like this much more than The Stick as this is much more quiet and comfortable with the high density foam. The Stick, albeit rare, can pinch skin/hair while rolling which is unpleasant

I've run using an old Tomtom watch for years and have recently upgraded to a Garmin 645. Both work but the Garmin has many more features and a better app. Also a much longer battery life which is why I finally upgraded.
