 My first pro is that the bands feel strong, durable and provide a good resistance for your training. Now again, i've tested these for a little over a month, swapping them out for my you, pouch bands, which are one of my most highly rated pieces of equipment for home training, but just know these are very, very, very similar to those and feel just the same. Overall, next, the what if it resistance bands were very simple to set up and use all you're doing is setting up little caribbeans to connect them to the bands with the handles, or you can just use them themselves to do things like an overhead tricep extension where I just grab the bands themselves and do them or something like pull-up parts where i don't need handles at all. Now this type of resistance band is best for exercises that involve isolation, major pulling exercises, as well as trying to rehab from something like an injury

 So just know having that available to you is really great. You can always use youtube to learn how to set it up, but having that just on hand within the bag is a great first step to getting using a door for your training. Just remember: don't do what i did and break your door. My next pro is that the water resistance bands are very, very simple to scale up your training and add additional resistance

 So again you put around your ankles to do things with your leg exercises now i personally don't use these at all. I have occasionally supplemented them in in order to do them with handles instead of the foam grip handles. But honestly, these really just sit in the bag and i almost never use them as i just use the regular handle and use other things for my leg training. Like my core fitness dumbbells moving on, we have the door anchor

 I've tailored my routine around 3-4 days of active work-outs, breaking down my muscle groups into each day. For me and my routine, I perform 4 to 5 exercises per muscle on those days. These are not isolated to using the resistance tubes, but a combination of bodyweight exercises.  In about 1 year of use, I am growing towards a 'leaner' but 'strong' build than I did with dumbbells, bars and machines

 Increase resistance slowly, give your body time to recover and you will see gains and improvement with these tubes.

 How?  YouTube & Google, Trial and Error. Of course no one wants to hear how they have to 'test out what works for their body' but if you are looking for a quick fix to your problems -- then tubes are not for you.
