I've tried every other vest out there. Ultimate direction, Osprey, the Chinese ones you buy on Amazon and for about 5 years I've been using the $19 Chinese one because honestly it's been the most comfortable. Do my other ultra runner friends make fun of me? Sure, do they ask if I also would wear knock off shoes occasionally. But honestly it was the only one I liked until this savior

Freezes hard - but give it a little time and it will remain very cold but malleable. Much more comfortable than solid ice packs and far more useful than a bag of ice or packs that have melted. Get this and you won’t be dissapointed. Very sturdy

I recently had shoulder surgery and I've tried a wide variety of ice packs, including more high-tech sounding ones, and the ones with the clay-like stuff inside. I've spent a lot on packs, and spent a little, but by far this modestly-priced pack stays cold the longest. Like, cold for 12 hours cold. I stick one in a small cotton pillowcase, fall asleep with it, and the next morning this pack is still cold
