5 months) and the velcro is already losing its "stick". Sometimes as I am running the velcro just unlatches and I have to catch my armband before it falls off. Obviously my arm doesn't change size, so for 5 consecutive months it has been expected to "stick" and "unstick" in the exact same spot and now it is losing effectiveness. I have had this problem with almost every armband I've ever owned, but not quite this quickly

Freezes hard - but give it a little time and it will remain very cold but malleable. Much more comfortable than solid ice packs and far more useful than a bag of ice or packs that have melted. Get this and you won’t be dissapointed. Very sturdy

The band is wonderful and fits even larger sized arms, but the velcro wears out over time. You can make certain adjustments so the velcro fits on different parts of the band, but it just wears out over time. I hate having to spend thirty dollars every time I need to replace the armband, but simply by the elegant nature of this product, it's still worth it. If QL fixes the velcro issues in a future version of this product, it would easily catapult it to 5/5

I recently had shoulder surgery and I've tried a wide variety of ice packs, including more high-tech sounding ones, and the ones with the clay-like stuff inside. I've spent a lot on packs, and spent a little, but by far this modestly-priced pack stays cold the longest. Like, cold for 12 hours cold. I stick one in a small cotton pillowcase, fall asleep with it, and the next morning this pack is still cold

I have an iPhone 6, so it's a big phone, but still. I'm irritated that it hasn't lasted that long and not happy that I'm going to have to buy another one. But I probably will, because the convenience and ease of use does outweigh the price and fact that it hasn't lasted very long. I may write to the manufacturer about it, because I love the product, but for the price they could really use some better velcro
