Amazon Basics Apple Watch MFi Certified Portable Magnetic Charger vs Amazon Halo

This is advertised as an Apple brand charging cord for the iwatch. It's not. Very disappointed and I have to contact a different company to return it. Won't be ordering third party stuff from Wal-Mart's website anymore!

It communicates with your phone via Bluetooth, and it should work equally well with both iPhones and Android phones. The three main band colors that will be sold are onyx (black), mineral (light blue), and rose gold (pink-ish).

I can't comment on the durability or the charging power because I never plugged in the charging cable. The puck - the magnetic end - is too large to fit into the stand. I was glad to find a long cable and in black to match the stand, but because the cable doesn't work with the stand, I am returning it.

There are a lot of other color screen fitness bands out there. You can look for them on amazon, for instance. Well, the halo view is going very compet...

I have had my original Apple watch charger since the very first generation came out, and it still works great. In comparison, I have been through countless lightning cables in that time period. This Amazon cable feels like it will last just as long as the Apple cable, which is to say a very long time. I will update this review should anything break in the future

I really like the quality of amazon basics brand. Also great quality for value. No complaints. Works on model 3 apple watch

If I had to spend $100 to get the device today I doubt I would pull the trigger. If I have to start paying for the features I like in the Halo app, forget it. I'll just get a Fitbit.

This charger is strong enough to seat the watch, but there isn't enough magnetic power to prevent me from nudging the base around my stand. That's actually probably a good thing, anyway. Magnets and electronics don't mix well, so a more sensibly adjusted magnet is probably wiser and a better design.

(Doing this by body composition alone I am not sure is a good measure of health)

Also you can not stream the labs to a TV, so watching them on your phone sucks to be honest. Also the workouts in the labs you can probably find for free on youtube if you really wanted to.

I think one design improvement is to have a swap-able battery so you can charge one and have one on the band. Although this is not a huge deal for me as the charging is pretty fast but some might find it important
