My chiropractor recommended i buy the 36 inch version of this for some daily routine back stretching to do at home. This product has been amazing for stretching and massaging sore muscles throughout my back and shoulders. I feel very supported by this roller and have had no issues with it thus far. I'M not sure what kind of things people are doing to break and chip away

I guess don't use it as a replacement for your nine iron and it should hold up very well overall, very pleased with this product and at such a great price

So if you guys want to use it for your legs, you want to do something like this. You just want to put your leg on here and basically just roll it like you guys, did for your lower back and that can help. The Cross101 has a simplistic design with two velcro waist straps for sizing. It easily performs individual exercises for the elite-level athlete but is adaptable enough for various fitness levels and workout intensities. With ten individual weight carrying slots, you can adjust the resistance to fit your workout or activity to a tee. This vest adjusts weight in four-pound increments, which gives it slightly less precision than some of the other options in our test suite. That said, it maxes out at 80 pounds which offers a large weight range to play with. This vest is a great option for strength training and also won't empty your wallet. 
The Cross101, although moderately priced, has a few issues. The bulkier, full-length torso design hinders full range of motion while performing certain exercises like crunches. It doesn't have a ton of padding either, which can cause some discomfort on the shoulders at higher weight capacities. If this concerns you, supplemental shoulder pads are available. Also, due to its bulkier build, this vest is not the optimal choice for runners. Bottom line, the Cross101 is a classic tactical style weight vest. It's decently comfortable, performs admirably across most exercises, and offers some adaptability, all at a friendlier price point.

 I want to get stuff that i am actually going to use. I am definitely going to continue to use this and i am definitely going to continue to work with different types of weights: 20 pounds, 60 pounds 40 pounds and just some different variations of it. Once you find your comfort level with the vest again, it makes a huge difference. Don'T be surprised if for that first week or so, that your shoulders hurt after you do it, because you're trying to figure out positioning of the path positioning, tightness of the actual vest itself, it's going to happen just a heads up

 For me, i haven't really had that issue because this they're hanging straight down, but if you've got a little bit more up here in the top region, uh, and maybe this area sticks out a little bit more. This might rest on top of those. Instead of just hanging flat, i'm not sure exactly how to word that word in a way, so it's not inappropriate, but just something to maybe consider okay now, the main reason i got this was because i wanted to see if it increased the quality of my workouts Or if it helped me burn more calories, while i was wearing it, and so what i did is i went out. I did a series of tests um, i would do an exercise with it and then i'd do an exercise without it same exercise same time frame same pathways
