I bought this mat because it had such good reviews, someone even claimed to use it in hot yoga. Well for a heavy sweater like me(2lbs in one hour of non hot yoga) it turned my downward dog into a stairmaster. Hopeless! It was comfortable though, so if you don't want to return it could be used as a sleeping pad when you go camping. I returned it to the store, thanks Target
