One Good Review

My old foam roller started getting squishy after a few years so I needed a new one and got this one cause the size and price were perfect. This foam roller, however, is solid as a rock, like really hard, like it doesn't give at all. Kind of felt like I beat myself up a bit first time I used it, though I'm subsequently getting used to it. I guess the upside it is should last a very long time

I practice Pilates and started having IT band issues in the beginning of August. Painful and uncomfortable as it tightens! If you know you know! Stretching will NOT fix it, but a foam roller sure will. It’s now the end of October. Have only had 4 days and use it 20 mins twice daily

 I find it comfortable to roll out the tenderness in the hip by straddling and leaning over on the hip while balancing on the foam roller to find the trigger point. For reference, my knees are at 12 and 3 o’clock while the lower leg lies on the floor. That’s where I focus and the pain has eased a ton. Highly recommend!!!

I worked at a gym and theirs were amazing, this one is a little stiff but it works great for what is needed. I love to roll out before and after workouts to help work the soreness out and stretch my body out. Small enough to take traveling!

Great for the price

I got this roller as I use similar at my local Gold's gym and my small roller would just hurt too much. I think the size is better than my previous small roller as this one allows me to have more control of motion and its large enough for my back and does not get stuck on my body (at least that is what I felt with small one). Now I use when I just have some back and leg pains without having to wait until I am at the gym only. The quality of the product is great and one would never even know it is Amazon brand unless you search for this

 Buy if you are like me that are always in pain for workinout a lot or just always doing so much manual labor. Hopefully this review helps others.

When you want to get fancier than simple jumps, this rope, with its longer handles and smooth-rotating PVC cord, is up for the challenge.

 Attached is a photo of the minor scratches on the cord after a week or two of heavy use every day (so it'll last a long time but not forever).  Also, and this has nothing to do with this rope in particular, always jump with shoes on and only jump 1-3 inches off the group or you will beat up your knees and get shin splints, plus you can go longer this way. Just like anything there is right and wrong form and wrong form hurts so watch a YouTube video or something on good form. I learned this the hard way on my last rope

 Weighted handles work your forearms and shoulders more, but they reduce the length of time you can jump making them worse for cardio. The long handles make it easier to cross over and do tricks with your hands staying by your hips. The grips are shaped smartly and the rubber grips make it look like a jump rope worth spending $13 on and do help grip a little but above all are just more comfortable to hold between your fingers than hard plastic. The palm bulge at the end feels very ergonomic, at least to my hands

 The PVC cord seems tougher than others I've seen, but it definitely won't hold up for a long time outdoors or on concrete, so bring a rug or a cardboard box if you know you will be jumping on rough concrete so your cord will last, and try to jump mostly on soft or smooth surfaces like a basketball court or foam mats. I recommend NOT cutting the cord at first. Just make 1-3 knots on either side about 8-12 inches from the handle at first. If 2 weeks pass without you adding or removing one, then you can cut and adjust (you can never go longer if you cut, and knots are helpful at first)
