Love it! I got mine this week as well. I got Enchanted evening and the team up with Erin Vest. All of them were beautiful though, it was so hard to choose.

I had the choice of a Squat Rack or a Weight Vest and I went with a Weight Vest that goes up to 150 pounds. That plus Single Leg Squats and Nordic Leg Curls can give you all the lwg work you need :D

Just entered another lockdown where I live (in Australia), so I can't access the gym (again). As this has become ridiculous at this point, I decided to quit free weights and move on to trying to building muscle through calisthenics. The idea is that even when lockdowns end altogether I can still save money by not spending it on gym fees.

However when navigating various bodyweight fitness guides, it's become apparent that it's not feasible to create hypertrophy for legs and back without free weights (i.e. squats and deadlifts). Given that, is it worth it to invest in a cheap squat rack and barbell w/ weights, and would I still save money on gym fees this way? Are there any alternatives?

The MIR Air Flow is a versatile vest for all levels of fitness. It has 19 individual weight pockets, giving the user decent control over resistance and distribution. The Air Flow can hold up to 60 pounds and can be adjusted in increments of three pounds, making it a very scalable option. With copious amounts of padding, this vest doesn't sacrifice comfort in higher weight and performance situations. It has a shortened torso design that helps promote airflow, hence the name, to the midsection, avoiding any unnecessary insulation. Another benefit of a short torso design is that it allows for an unhindered range of motion during workouts. Additionally, the higher center of mass makes it a great vest for running, hiking, and sprinting. This vest is also easy to size down to help mitigate bouncing and sliding during exercise routines. 
The Air Flow is comprised of two pieces; a front half and a back half. These two pieces connect at the shoulder with strong velcro straps. The velcro showed no signs of failure during our testing; however, we can't help but question its long-term durability. Still, this vest performs very well, is adaptable for all levels, and the large weight range makes it a great option for those who need a high level of scalability.

Hey youtube: here we are doing a review of a package that i received recently came fairly, quick, it's basically a weighted vest. This would be my second weighted vest. I do own another one. I'Ve had for quite a few years, and it's still in alright condition

 Here'S the tag real good quality, vest i wore this vest and, like i said, my original vest it it bled on my clothes and this one also bleeds a bit blue, bleeds and blue denim unfortunate, but the weights don't smell and neither um do they bleed. So, overall, i'm happy with the vest when i wear it and worked out in it the next day i feel pretty solid. So i'm happy with the purchase.  It can go up to 60 pounds, so i can order other weights if i wanted to - or i could use a little older weights that i have the ways that came with this one are um iron, pretty solid and my older waist are made up some sort Of lesson, but i can make it work if i didn't want to buy any other weights um so far so good. I will try this best out, see how it feels and um we'll take it from there check out the next clip [ Music ]. Here we are very solidly constructed good, stitching.
