 High, but i was excited to see that i got exactly what i paid for my wife loves it. It has good traction on the top and the bottom parts all have slip resistant feet. It is all hollow hard plastic, but my wife says that it does not bow bend or creak when she steps and stomps on it. The only downside is that it does not come with any kind of carrying bag, so it is bulky but light and somewhat difficult to transport

 It does not slide at all on the hardwood floor. The top has a good grip. When i step on it, my foot stays stable and the cost is amazing too. I highly recommend
