The Hyperwear Hyper Vest Pro is about as close to an article of clothing as you can get. It has a sleek, malleable design that forms to the body, allowing for an unhindered range of motion for every exercise and activity type. As long as you order the correct size, it fits like a glove. Whether your fitness goals are geared towards strength training or cardio, this vest will not bounce, slide, or irritate the body during exercise. It is designed with a central zipper and elastic corset-style webbing on the sides, giving it the perfect form-fitting shape in four different sizes. 
The Hyper Vest Pro is littered in 2.25-ounce steel bars. While these small weights allow for uninhibited movement, removing or adding them is a whole task in and of itself. The biggest drawback of this vest is that the size limits the maximum weight capacity. The weight options grow incrementally &mdash; higher weight capacity corresponding with larger sizes &mdash; and cap out at just 42 pounds. This is unfortunate because smaller framed people lose the option to add more weight, negatively affecting the adaptability of this vest. This aspect is limiting, but the movement and flexibility you can achieve with the unique design are tough to beat.

As a small person I really appreciate that the small size fits me so well and I can really customize it even more so for myself. It also comes in extra small and extra, extra small which is a really unusual thing to see with weighted vests.

It is the most balanced weighted vest I have ever tried because of the fabric, the distribution of the smaller weights, and the draw-strings.

 So the biggest challenge with this vest is that it comes at least the small comes with proximately 70 little weights and in order for love, individuals who aren't as fit to start with gradually building up of weight. You'D have to take out a lot of the weights to start up, so let's go through the process of taking these weights out so pushing to the bottom. So my recommendation, if you're just starting out you'll, be taking out maybe 60 of these little weights and then gradually bringing them back in so the process of putting them back in was a little bit more laborious than taking them out. I found using a spoon really helpful and noticed on the website that if you purchase extra weights, it comes with a little device to help you put the weights back in

 It comes with multiple little pockets which carry the weights in them and the drawstring on the side that allows you to customize. Even further the sizing of the best as a small person, I really appreciate that the small fits me so well and I can really customize it even more so for myself, it also comes in extra small and extra extra small, which is really unusual thing to see With weighted vest, so lovely the multiple little pockets allows you to build up very gradually on the weights that you're using. So you can start small, as I mentioned with the other vest. I would recommend that you start with the back vest weights first higher up through the mid-back and then gradually balance out the weights front and back until you've, loaded up the weight
