I also purchased a Capture Clip from Peak Designs which allows you to fix the camera to the shoulder strap in place while hiking – a great addition to this pack. 

 A small hole developed in one of the side waterbottle pockets but I can take resposibility for that when I shoved the tip of my trekking pole in there. 

Important: Choose the Adventure or Athlete hip belt – otherwise you will have literally no padding on your hips. I don’t recommend using the bag without a hipbelt either. The Adventure belt is more comfortable as it provides two layers of foam padding and a wider webbing and buckle – it’s also bigger and bulkier.

Even with the camera compartment loaded the back pannel is comfy and I never feel any of the gear inside digging into my back.

 It goes all the way down in the front here, so you reach all the way down into the front of the bag. Right here, there's my hand going all the way in some more dry dry packs, so you can stuff clothes and things all the way down there. It'S got a little laptop sleeve right here in the front it might be hard to see, but you can slide your laptop in there and it sits against the cube, so it stays stays flat and it doesn't kind of jostle around and then here's the frame. So there's the steel frame i was talking about - and this is the large frame and you'll see it goes to here

 You can see that so there's the sizing for the large frame there's the sizing for the medium frame. Now it will fit under uh under an airline seat as it is in the large frame and will also fit in the overhead. You can just put the medium frame in if you want it to be even a little bit smaller [ Applause ] additional pouch on the inside. It goes to there additional molle webbing and then a nice little spot for your name here, more straps on the inside

 There are also spots here to put in a smaller frame a medium frame. I think this is the large frame you can retrofit this pack to be a medium frame, and the medium frame goes right right here. You can see that so there's the sizing for the large frame there's the sizing for the medium frame. Now it will fit under uh under an airline seat as it is in the large frame and will also fit in the overhead

 We'Ve got this nice mesh here, but then there's also some ribs. That kind of raise that you know to allow for some more airflow, which i think is really nice, these pockets, which you can pop out [ Applause ] and have extra little pockets here that you can put lenses in things like that. I mentioned lens pouches earlier. In fact, let me grab one of these, so i own several of these pouches, which are the think tank pouches

 Is this bag just cinches down into a much smaller footprint, because there's a lot of bags out there? It'S a 40 60 liter pack, whatever it is, you might only have 15 or 20 liters in the bag or maybe only you're, only using a quarter of its carry capacity, but the footprint of the bag or main is the same so that be able to have A pack that can really kind of switch squish down into a smaller footprint to me is everything, that's a very, very good quality, so just to jump right into it. Of course, this is the the yellow version. This is the also the tall version it comes in a regular size and I'm 6 foot 2, so that the tall version works perfect for me and just right on the outside, you have these straps up here, so you can strap really any additional items. You would like to it there's also a pocket whoops right here on the front

 Alice is a great job with the the comfortable comfort ability of their harness system and their waist belt, and you might be noticing something no words the waist belt with this. What'S what is fantastic Atlas gives you the option that you can take it on or off. It'S up to you and they make great West waist belts very meaty. There'S a lot of material here, a lot of a lot of substance and durability, so they're very good at the waist belts

 I just want to talk about this real quick on the the back panel. It'S kind of got like a rib design and it is very comfortable and it's got like kind of exaggerated lumbar area right here, which makes carrying this bag very comfortable and in the waist belt, actually tucks right back in here. Let me actually show you on the other bag, so they sent me to. This is a athlete pack and black, but what's different is this one is the regular version

 You have another little stretchy area. Here goes all the way to the bottom: a couple zipper pockets here you could put SD cards or batteries or remote shutters or whatever you like there and that's the the camera compartment. It’s been great to use as both a daily driver and as a minimal travel bag. You can fit a lot inside—plus it’s exceptionally comfortable to carry. 

Smaller YKK zippers are used throughout the rest of the pack. YKK is a trusted brand and we don’t foresee any issues arising..

While TAD advertises that the laptop compartment fits up to a 16’’ laptop, it’s a tight squeeze for a 15’’ laptop. You have to slowly maneuver/jam it in sideways. A 16’’ laptop with a case will be tough to get in there. 

Inside the front flap (directly behind those loops) is a zippered mesh pocket that we really enjoy. We like that you can see what you’ve got going on inside of this pocket—we put the Tom Bihn Cubelet here—and that it’s made of a stretchy material that expands outward (that gusset we talked about earlier). Just note that if you store something extra bulky here, it will stick out a good amount, making the exterior less streamlined.

 On the other side, you have your laptop compartment. Now this is a point of point of contention for this bag, so my 15.6 inch laptop fits perfectly fine in there and actually not so bad to get in and out. It'S almost the exact size, so it fits fine there's a little cradle at the bottom here that i think sort of like i mean minutely, suspends it

 Other bags are not as good at that. So i really do like load lifters when there's a chance probably doesn't need them like for, like the load lifting part. I will say one annoyance is that these things can the adjustments can just kind of flap around like this um? I tuck them in to this area here where the sternum strap can go, but if you don't they still flap around a little bit. There is a sternum strap

 Now the reason i went with this one is because of the water because of the water bottle pockets. Essentially, and those are you know the inner zipper here, so the middle zipper undo, this bam holds your standard yeti and for me the standard is an 18 ounce yeti and that one just fits in nicely and it's lined and definitely if this was you know, you Know would leak or whatever it's not going to get your stuff inside and you have two of them one on each side. Now, in this case, i didn't bring both pockets full of water bottles, but you have the ability to put water bottles on both sides and then the other part is these documents or laptop compartments. Now they go to the bottom

 The able carry max was another one. I just recently got carriology award winner, so why not try this bag meets all those requirements? I also had a custom azo equipment as a equipment from the uk. That'S not even this. I also had my evergoods and cariology phoenix that i just recently got again ability to carry two laptops, and so i tried i consider that i recently got a citadel and again this bag meets that requirement

 This would be one improvement. I'D probably put a liner in there if i were king side zippers again, you've got the half opening for the front panel and then you've got the open, bigger opening here and then on the side, multiple zippers. Now the reason i went with this one is because of the water because of the water bottle pockets.  You can see the water bottle on this side kind of pushes it out a little bit, there's some little looped in there. So you could put some other attachments if you wanted, maybe a pocket knife, not if you're going the airport, i had to pull that out. The last minute almost got caught that one, but this is going to take away some of your interior space. If you've got a water bottle in here on both sides, it's really just going to cramp your space overall, the ability to put in the back is just flat, but you can put any of the control panels that um triplot design makes
