The size is awesome. It looks small on the outside but fits everything I need (harness, shoes, chalk bag, wallet, phone, and snacks). DO NOT purchase this bag if you are looking to iron on or sew patches on. The material will melt if put under high heat

This is a great, well made durable pack that is perfect for the trail. I would not use for long hikes - short day hikes are perfect! Has a space for a water bladder which is a plus! Unfortunately, it does not really fit climbing gear too well - unless you are bouldering. I currently have my harness stored in the pack and that is about it. My shoes are hanging on the straps

Secondly, the pack is comfortable to wear when fully loaded and adjusted properly to your body size and shape. I found this unusual compared to other small day packs that I have used in the past. Those I found to be uncomfortable and unable to accommodate my 6'-1" 190# frame.
