I also purchased a Capture Clip from Peak Designs which allows you to fix the camera to the shoulder strap in place while hiking – a great addition to this pack. 

 A small hole developed in one of the side waterbottle pockets but I can take resposibility for that when I shoved the tip of my trekking pole in there. 

Important: Choose the Adventure or Athlete hip belt – otherwise you will have literally no padding on your hips. I don’t recommend using the bag without a hipbelt either. The Adventure belt is more comfortable as it provides two layers of foam padding and a wider webbing and buckle – it’s also bigger and bulkier.

Even with the camera compartment loaded the back pannel is comfy and I never feel any of the gear inside digging into my back.

Right here, there's my hand going all the way in some more dry dry packs, so you can stuff clothes and things all the way down there. It'S got a little laptop sleeve right here in the front it might be hard to see, but you can slide your laptop in there and it sits against the cube, so it stays stays flat and it doesn't kind of jostle around and then here's the frame. So there's the steel frame i was talking about - and this is the large frame and you'll see it goes to here

 You can see that so there's the sizing for the large frame there's the sizing for the medium frame. Now it will fit under uh under an airline seat as it is in the large frame and will also fit in the overhead. You can just put the medium frame in if you want it to be even a little bit smaller [ Applause ] additional pouch on the inside. It goes to there additional molle webbing and then a nice little spot for your name here, more straps on the inside

 There are also spots here to put in a smaller frame a medium frame. I think this is the large frame you can retrofit this pack to be a medium frame, and the medium frame goes right right here. You can see that so there's the sizing for the large frame there's the sizing for the medium frame. Now it will fit under uh under an airline seat as it is in the large frame and will also fit in the overhead

 We'Ve got this nice mesh here, but then there's also some ribs. That kind of raise that you know to allow for some more airflow, which i think is really nice, these pockets, which you can pop out [ Applause ] and have extra little pockets here that you can put lenses in things like that. I mentioned lens pouches earlier. In fact, let me grab one of these, so i own several of these pouches, which are the think tank pouches

 Is this bag just cinches down into a much smaller footprint, because there's a lot of bags out there? It'S a 40 60 liter pack, whatever it is, you might only have 15 or 20 liters in the bag or maybe only you're, only using a quarter of its carry capacity, but the footprint of the bag or main is the same so that be able to have A pack that can really kind of switch squish down into a smaller footprint to me is everything, that's a very, very good quality, so just to jump right into it. Of course, this is the the yellow version. This is the also the tall version it comes in a regular size and I'm 6 foot 2, so that the tall version works perfect for me and just right on the outside, you have these straps up here, so you can strap really any additional items. You would like to it there's also a pocket whoops right here on the front

 Alice is a great job with the the comfortable comfort ability of their harness system and their waist belt, and you might be noticing something no words the waist belt with this. What'S what is fantastic Atlas gives you the option that you can take it on or off. It'S up to you and they make great West waist belts very meaty. There'S a lot of material here, a lot of a lot of substance and durability, so they're very good at the waist belts

 I just want to talk about this real quick on the the back panel. It'S kind of got like a rib design and it is very comfortable and it's got like kind of exaggerated lumbar area right here, which makes carrying this bag very comfortable and in the waist belt, actually tucks right back in here. Let me actually show you on the other bag, so they sent me to. This is a athlete pack and black, but what's different is this one is the regular version

I commute by bicycle a majority of the week, so I was looking for something very lightweight but durable, stylish but unique, and above all, big enough to hold a change of clothes and a packed lunch, and still feel lightweight and comfortable. This checks all those boxes. I’m glad I didn’t go with a smaller size, but there’s more than enough room in this one. Personally, I could use an extra pouch or pocket, but that’s only because I carry a bunch of stuff…

It's a great backpack.

Attached to the shoulder straps is an adjustable sternum strap made with Duraflex hardware. This thing isn’t technically attached to the pack but it’s a lot more secure than what we’ve seen on some other packs—we don’t really foresee it being an issue. 

 While the straps are comfortable due to their lightweight fabric, we have noticed that they can easily twist if you throw the pack on quickly—which can be annoying, but not a huge deal in the scheme of things. We also discovered that the straps work nicely in warm weather as the fabric is pretty breathable. 

Two of the three mesh compartments can be found on both the left and right side of the pack. These pockets have probably been our biggest gripe thus far. When using a slightly larger water bottle—such as a Hydroflask or Nalgene—it’s a very tight squeeze. Not ideal

Staying consistent with the utilization of scrap fabric, the shoulder straps are made of an ultralight mesh material that differs slightly from pack to pack. For example, one of our Batac’s shoulder straps is much more elastic than the other. While the straps are comfortable due to their lightweight fabric, we have noticed that they can easily twist if you throw the pack on quickly—which can be annoying, but not a huge deal in the scheme of things. It'S a nice YKK, so you know that's high-quality and then a blue YKK on this side, having a lot of fun with the the neon yellow as well, and then the interior Wow. We got red and blue and all these different colors going on. So that's really cool and then yeah opening it up

 Let me just stick my wallet in there. Look so the Huck, berry, hide-and-seek, looks so funny right next to the cotopaxi. It'S like a nice material, leather wallet and then you've got this.
