 Is this bag just cinches down into a much smaller footprint, because there's a lot of bags out there? It'S a 40 60 liter pack, whatever it is, you might only have 15 or 20 liters in the bag or maybe only you're, only using a quarter of its carry capacity, but the footprint of the bag or main is the same so that be able to have A pack that can really kind of switch squish down into a smaller footprint to me is everything, that's a very, very good quality, so just to jump right into it. Of course, this is the the yellow version. This is the also the tall version it comes in a regular size and I'm 6 foot 2, so that the tall version works perfect for me and just right on the outside, you have these straps up here, so you can strap really any additional items. You would like to it there's also a pocket whoops right here on the front

 Alice is a great job with the the comfortable comfort ability of their harness system and their waist belt, and you might be noticing something no words the waist belt with this. What'S what is fantastic Atlas gives you the option that you can take it on or off. It'S up to you and they make great West waist belts very meaty. There'S a lot of material here, a lot of a lot of substance and durability, so they're very good at the waist belts

 I just want to talk about this real quick on the the back panel. It'S kind of got like a rib design and it is very comfortable and it's got like kind of exaggerated lumbar area right here, which makes carrying this bag very comfortable and in the waist belt, actually tucks right back in here. Let me actually show you on the other bag, so they sent me to. This is a athlete pack and black, but what's different is this one is the regular version

 You have another little stretchy area. Here goes all the way to the bottom: a couple zipper pockets here you could put SD cards or batteries or remote shutters or whatever you like there and that's the the camera compartment. I just want to talk about this real quick on the the back panel. It'S kind of got like a rib design and it is very comfortable and it's got like kind of exaggerated lumbar area right here, which makes carrying this bag very comfortable and in the waist belt, actually tucks right back in here

 It'S not like the foam that you would use for your backpack uh straps, it's like a very thick foam, and so they they sent me these, and i actually was able to do the install myself to upgrade this original backpack to be capable of handling a lot More weight and to just improve the frame and that's cool, i think it's important to reuse. You know products like this and to turn them into more functional, updated products when we can so we don't just throw out perfectly viable and useful backpacks and other type of hiking this one. So that's it! That'S my review of the bag. I think it's a great backpack, i i think it's um worth checking these out

 And then here i've got a long, a large version of a telephoto a little bit longer than your traditional 70 to 200, but essentially the the same grouping of lenses all right.  This bag is a 20 liter backpack. It is really a hiking backpack that has a camera core built in, and that is exactly what i was looking for and why was that? What i was looking for? I think it's very functional, but i was taking it hiking and i was taking it outside or more often i was ditching it and just throwing my camera into my hiking backpack, and that was not a good situation and the reason why was the lack of padding And comfort overall, on that peak design bag, i don't actually think i want anything different when i'm shooting in the city. I know that often we're driving to a location, we're taking pictures or we're taking

. So it's a pretty big backpack, but this is the backpack that i've used for like five or six years. It'S so comfortable! You throw this thing on and you can walk for miles and you don't even feel the weight and why is it so comfortable? That'S the real question that we want to answer and we want to see these attributes in the bags that we choose for camera gear, so first thing comfortable, straps, obviously right, but the nice padding and the good form and the heavy duty foam.  If you want stuff that needs to stay absolutely dry, this is a well protected area for your important documents and things like that. This bag has been incredibly comfortable. The most comfortable backpack I've ever had that's also a camera bag and, as you can see, this bag expands to infinity. I haven't actually reached a point where this bag is full, where it's overfilled and where it's been too heavy to carry or anything like that

 It opens on the back and you get full access to the whole bag here in the back, and it has a little special feature called the origami compartment here, which basically allows you to turn some storage space into camera space or, like I said, storage space, and You have more volume for other stuff in the back. It'S it's very shallow, I'm an Olympus ambassador and I shoot with Olympus glass, of course, which is small lenses and they fit in perfectly. But if you have slightly bigger lenses, you'll end up putting them in sideways. Like this, I know that for future versions of this backpack there will be it'll, be slightly deeper and then normal full-frame lenses will also fit in upright or the general full frame lens will fit in upright

 They're not just smaller and larger versions of the exact same pack. There are some differences. this one has a laptop compartment on the front. This one has it inside

 They both feature this top flap drawstring top system and then they both have space down in front of the box that actually holds the camera gear and so with compression straps on the sides. Again, this is true for both models. You can stuff the pack as full as you need to and then cinch them down, throw a tripod on the side, and and make it work. Of course, made out of, you know, ripstop nylon

 Back panels are very similar with this sort of ribbed material. It's very comfortable. The biggest thing that I like about the the suspension system here is the waist belt. Now a lot of packs have waist belts

 just like any other outdoor pack you'd expect. They have the same suspension system for the shoulder harnesses here which is great. They both feature internal metal frames which again standard for hiking packs to help distribute the load of the pack down onto your hips rather than on your shoulders. They have or this one has an adjustable velcro thing for adjusting depending on your your torso height which is great can you get a good fit

Really comfy and not a sweat maker more air flow than any back pack I’ve owned well built and super rider friendly I even found room for my spring time machete for a bit of trail maintenance! Very happy wood recommend and feel good about it with this brand and retailer! Happy 100% this++++

In terms of comfort, the Drafter’s best feature is its taught mesh back panel. It doesn’t poke you or sit weirdly, and it breathes incredibly well. The same goes for its thin shoulder straps. Being able to feel a breeze through a fully loaded pack is a pretty great feeling, and Dakine gets major props for this design

 Nowhere to stow it you'd have to just wrap it around the front like that. If you want to kind of tuck it out of the way, but there's no way around this, and when you put it on, you know, you always end up putting on like that. One one's tucked in or maybe bother tucked in they're kind of annoying, so i guess on the upside, it does have this pocket on the one side uh, which, if you're, if that's what your thing, i guess i guess there it is for you um. The other downside of this big con is that there's no, where to tuck these straps into these straps are not removable

 It'S sewn in, as you can see here, sewn into the strap to the uh kind of hip um hit pad and there's no way to get rid of this. You either have to let it dangle or tape it up or just um wear it buckled, which i guess, if you're on a bike and you're doing some mountain biking, something like that, not a big deal. If that's all you use this bike this backpack for, but it's not what i really wanted to get it for all right. So moving on these straps down here, these are actually pretty nice, so these come off just just like that very easily and they tuck away into these little pockets down here, which i think is super nice, because if you're not going to use those, then you can Get rid of them really easily, unlike the hip ones, so there's that here's another thing that's kind of unique to this backpack is that the water bladder is down here
