I also purchased a Capture Clip from Peak Designs which allows you to fix the camera to the shoulder strap in place while hiking – a great addition to this pack. 

 A small hole developed in one of the side waterbottle pockets but I can take resposibility for that when I shoved the tip of my trekking pole in there. 

Important: Choose the Adventure or Athlete hip belt – otherwise you will have literally no padding on your hips. I don’t recommend using the bag without a hipbelt either. The Adventure belt is more comfortable as it provides two layers of foam padding and a wider webbing and buckle – it’s also bigger and bulkier.

Even with the camera compartment loaded the back pannel is comfy and I never feel any of the gear inside digging into my back.

 It goes all the way down in the front here, so you reach all the way down into the front of the bag. Right here, there's my hand going all the way in some more dry dry packs, so you can stuff clothes and things all the way down there. It'S got a little laptop sleeve right here in the front it might be hard to see, but you can slide your laptop in there and it sits against the cube, so it stays stays flat and it doesn't kind of jostle around and then here's the frame. So there's the steel frame i was talking about - and this is the large frame and you'll see it goes to here

 You can see that so there's the sizing for the large frame there's the sizing for the medium frame. Now it will fit under uh under an airline seat as it is in the large frame and will also fit in the overhead. You can just put the medium frame in if you want it to be even a little bit smaller [ Applause ] additional pouch on the inside. It goes to there additional molle webbing and then a nice little spot for your name here, more straps on the inside

 There are also spots here to put in a smaller frame a medium frame. I think this is the large frame you can retrofit this pack to be a medium frame, and the medium frame goes right right here. You can see that so there's the sizing for the large frame there's the sizing for the medium frame. Now it will fit under uh under an airline seat as it is in the large frame and will also fit in the overhead

 We'Ve got this nice mesh here, but then there's also some ribs. That kind of raise that you know to allow for some more airflow, which i think is really nice, these pockets, which you can pop out [ Applause ] and have extra little pockets here that you can put lenses in things like that. I mentioned lens pouches earlier. In fact, let me grab one of these, so i own several of these pouches, which are the think tank pouches

 Is this bag just cinches down into a much smaller footprint, because there's a lot of bags out there? It'S a 40 60 liter pack, whatever it is, you might only have 15 or 20 liters in the bag or maybe only you're, only using a quarter of its carry capacity, but the footprint of the bag or main is the same so that be able to have A pack that can really kind of switch squish down into a smaller footprint to me is everything, that's a very, very good quality, so just to jump right into it. Of course, this is the the yellow version. This is the also the tall version it comes in a regular size and I'm 6 foot 2, so that the tall version works perfect for me and just right on the outside, you have these straps up here, so you can strap really any additional items. You would like to it there's also a pocket whoops right here on the front

 Alice is a great job with the the comfortable comfort ability of their harness system and their waist belt, and you might be noticing something no words the waist belt with this. What'S what is fantastic Atlas gives you the option that you can take it on or off. It'S up to you and they make great West waist belts very meaty. There'S a lot of material here, a lot of a lot of substance and durability, so they're very good at the waist belts

 I just want to talk about this real quick on the the back panel. It'S kind of got like a rib design and it is very comfortable and it's got like kind of exaggerated lumbar area right here, which makes carrying this bag very comfortable and in the waist belt, actually tucks right back in here. Let me actually show you on the other bag, so they sent me to. This is a athlete pack and black, but what's different is this one is the regular version

 You have another little stretchy area. Here goes all the way to the bottom: a couple zipper pockets here you could put SD cards or batteries or remote shutters or whatever you like there and that's the the camera compartment. I just want to talk about this real quick on the the back panel. All in all, after buying/trying/testing several bags, especially when all those bags were more expensive than this one, this is the best combination of features, functionality and price I've been able to find.

 I stuffed a rain jacket into the main compartment; add a few snacks or protein shakes and that's about it. Would have been nice to also be able to toss in a sweater or some track pants in case the weather changes while out on a long bike ride. But this is a minor quibble - on a long or night right, reading isn't a priority, so that space can easily accommodate more utility stuff if needed.  All in all, after buying/trying/testing several bags, especially when all those bags were more expensive than this one, this is the best combination of features, functionality and price I've been able to find

I got this cool hydro pack for hiking and started trying to pull it apart. That kind of looks like a ziplock bag hold and hold no look. How do I get this thing open step number one is to remove the gray slider and step number two is to open the bag. Try prying it apart with this, just couldn't get it

 It'S worked here as well as there. I don't have any leaks coming from that. So again just be aware that uh, you might have to replace that tape occasionally, but it does seal so worked really well, we actually did the trip on a. I put this tape on on a friday and it's now monday evening, and so it's held still really good for for last couple days here

 You know my thing here that i'm showing you with so with this stuff. Like i said, it's pretty flexible, you can kind of press it in there, but this is the seam right here where the water was leaking out of that pinhole. So i patched it clear down to here where there was a flat surface through here around it. So now put some pretty hefty pressure on there and i don't see any leaks, and one of the other things i did too is along this seam right here between the two using see

 So again just be aware that uh, you might have to replace that tape occasionally, but it does seal so worked really well, we actually did the trip on a. I put this tape on on a friday and it's now monday evening, and so it's held still really good for for last couple days here. So you'll have to watch that you might have to replace the tape occasionally. But if you're in a pinch for a fix for one of these things - and you need need some seal, i think that gear aid tape is some really good stuff to carry with you for repairs of equipment like this, so hope you like it please thumbs up And subscribe and uh come back for more videos

 Definitely you can see this trace right here, of whatever it was leaning up against, but i've got a leak right in this area and trying to figure out how to get it fixed, and one idea that i'm going to experiment with here is this stuff here got Off amazon, it's called gear aid, tenacious tape. It'S a waterproof tape, it's pretty! It is pretty tenacious. It sticks pretty well to things so i'm going to be going uh, fishing and stuff tomorrow. So i'm going to try to repair this with this tape, see how it works
