 Is this bag just cinches down into a much smaller footprint, because there's a lot of bags out there? It'S a 40 60 liter pack, whatever it is, you might only have 15 or 20 liters in the bag or maybe only you're, only using a quarter of its carry capacity, but the footprint of the bag or main is the same so that be able to have A pack that can really kind of switch squish down into a smaller footprint to me is everything, that's a very, very good quality, so just to jump right into it. Of course, this is the the yellow version. This is the also the tall version it comes in a regular size and I'm 6 foot 2, so that the tall version works perfect for me and just right on the outside, you have these straps up here, so you can strap really any additional items. You would like to it there's also a pocket whoops right here on the front

 Alice is a great job with the the comfortable comfort ability of their harness system and their waist belt, and you might be noticing something no words the waist belt with this. What'S what is fantastic Atlas gives you the option that you can take it on or off. It'S up to you and they make great West waist belts very meaty. There'S a lot of material here, a lot of a lot of substance and durability, so they're very good at the waist belts

 I just want to talk about this real quick on the the back panel. It'S kind of got like a rib design and it is very comfortable and it's got like kind of exaggerated lumbar area right here, which makes carrying this bag very comfortable and in the waist belt, actually tucks right back in here. Let me actually show you on the other bag, so they sent me to. This is a athlete pack and black, but what's different is this one is the regular version

 You have another little stretchy area. Here goes all the way to the bottom: a couple zipper pockets here you could put SD cards or batteries or remote shutters or whatever you like there and that's the the camera compartment. I just want to talk about this real quick on the the back panel.  It'S not like the foam that you would use for your backpack uh straps, it's like a very thick foam, and so they they sent me these, and i actually was able to do the install myself to upgrade this original backpack to be capable of handling a lot More weight and to just improve the frame and that's cool, i think it's important to reuse. You know products like this and to turn them into more functional, updated products when we can so we don't just throw out perfectly viable and useful backpacks and other type of hiking this one. So that's it! That'S my review of the bag. I think it's a great backpack, i i think it's um worth checking these out

 And then here i've got a long, a large version of a telephoto a little bit longer than your traditional 70 to 200, but essentially the the same grouping of lenses all right. . So it's a pretty big backpack, but this is the backpack that i've used for like five or six years. It'S so comfortable! You throw this thing on and you can walk for miles and you don't even feel the weight and why is it so comfortable? That'S the real question that we want to answer and we want to see these attributes in the bags that we choose for camera gear, so first thing comfortable, straps, obviously right, but the nice padding and the good form and the heavy duty foam.  If you want stuff that needs to stay absolutely dry, this is a well protected area for your important documents and things like that. This bag has been incredibly comfortable. The most comfortable backpack I've ever had that's also a camera bag and, as you can see, this bag expands to infinity. I haven't actually reached a point where this bag is full, where it's overfilled and where it's been too heavy to carry or anything like that

 It opens on the back and you get full access to the whole bag here in the back, and it has a little special feature called the origami compartment here, which basically allows you to turn some storage space into camera space or, like I said, storage space, and You have more volume for other stuff in the back. It'S it's very shallow, I'm an Olympus ambassador and I shoot with Olympus glass, of course, which is small lenses and they fit in perfectly. But if you have slightly bigger lenses, you'll end up putting them in sideways. Like this, I know that for future versions of this backpack there will be it'll, be slightly deeper and then normal full-frame lenses will also fit in upright or the general full frame lens will fit in upright

 They're not just smaller and larger versions of the exact same pack. There are some differences. this one has a laptop compartment on the front. This one has it inside

 They both feature this top flap drawstring top system and then they both have space down in front of the box that actually holds the camera gear and so with compression straps on the sides. Again, this is true for both models. You can stuff the pack as full as you need to and then cinch them down, throw a tripod on the side, and and make it work. Of course, made out of, you know, ripstop nylon

 Back panels are very similar with this sort of ribbed material. It's very comfortable. The biggest thing that I like about the the suspension system here is the waist belt. Now a lot of packs have waist belts

 just like any other outdoor pack you'd expect. They have the same suspension system for the shoulder harnesses here which is great. They both feature internal metal frames which again standard for hiking packs to help distribute the load of the pack down onto your hips rather than on your shoulders. They have or this one has an adjustable velcro thing for adjusting depending on your your torso height which is great can you get a good fit

 We flip it on the front here. So most of its organization is catered to a briefcase style, carry or a messenger bag carry, and this is why so, when you open these pockets up, you have this kind of bigger pocket here. If you open these up, you'll see that most of this organization is horizontal, so if you are carrying it in backpack mode, this is nice. If you want to flip the bag on your side and just reach in and quickly grab something

 But you know if you're carrying it as a briefcase. This is nice because you don't have to then rotate the bag every time you're trying to reach in so it's level of convenience kind of depends on what mode of carry you're mostly using this bag in. But something else that's nice about this pocket here is that it has this gusseted fabric here on the side, which is nice, because it allows me to really open this up like almost fully clamshell. So i can really get to and see what's inside and then in terms of organization you have just this mesh pocket with some elastic the mesh feels nice

 You know when you throw them in a bag and they're all organized, but then all of a sudden, when you go to grab it, it's all a tangled mess. This kind of mitigates that which is great, then you can throw like a power bank or something back here as well, and then you have some just some two pen sleeves here, so we've been using those keeping those handy which is a great place to have it. Next to our notebook, so that way everything is in one spot when we need to take notes and then on the back here you have just two larger mesh pockets which can really accommodate you know any other tech gear you might have so they're zippered, which means Anything you put in here isn't going to get all mixed in with the free space in the compartment, which is nice for items that you want to keep a little bit more secure. Then we just have a phone charger in this one, as well as a pair of apple, airpods, so yeah and then same thing in here, except this pocket has a key clip which has been working

 But if you, you know want to keep some an extra pair of clothes or anything back here and you don't want it getting all messed up and unfolded. You can definitely integrate some packing cubes as we have, and then there's also just a sleeve right here. If you want to slip, you know any like really important documents inside to keep it secure or any other flatter gear, maybe a larger notebook because it wouldn't fit in those mesh pockets in the main compartment, so yeah. That is that pretty simple in here also very like technical bright liner in here, which is neat

Eagle Creek Convertabrief Review (2 Weeks of Use)

 I find it is best using one of the backpack straps in combo with the handles. My only wish is that it were a bit smaller. It is about an inch too big all the way around. Sometimes I need this to be my "personal item" instead of my sole carry-on

Very Pleased-Excellent Design

 A lightweight set of wheels that could fold out with the handle slipping through the luggage handle on the back of the back - and then stow away so I can easily use it as carry on luggage, would be absolutely perfect.

 What would make this perfect for me would be an option to have a lightweight, folding set of wheels with telescoping handle that could fit into the pocket where the back pack straps go to hide. It does get fairly heavy by the time I have fully loaded it and I often need to carry both it and a camera bag. Almost perfect

  After owning my backpack and using it every day for over thirteen months, the zipper on the large 'main' compartment (where I slot in my large HP Envy laptop) began becoming difficult to close. The issue seemed to be with bunching material and the zipper teeth mis-aligning. The zipper continued to open and close, but it was a struggle on same days, and it didn't always completely close, usually leaving a 1/4 inch gap. That all changed today, though

It looks like a nice piece, but its wayyyy bigger than the briefcase I bought from Eagle Creek decades ago that I finally need to replace.
