I have several Pop Quiz backpacks, and I expected an XL backpack to actually be larger than the “standard” size. Alas, it’s basically the same. The backpack is solidly built as always, I just expected something that would be bigger. I’d call this an issue with the listing being unclear more than a problem with the product

My main complaints about this backpack and the reason why I docked one star is because the zipper is very hard to use. It has a thick piece of fabric that covers it I suppose for looks? But it makes the zipper difficult to access and not function very well. Forget trying to open it with one hand! My only other complaint is a lack of pockets and pouches. It only has the one zipper pouch on the front, no side pouch and no pouches or dividers on the inside

Bought this for when I visit my daughter and we go hiking. I needed a place for my camera which has several lenses and this back pack is roomy and served that purpose. I liked the side pockets and used for my phone and a water bottle. This backpack is not water proof but the material is thick and I think if u were out in the rain it would at least repel water for a bit

I was actually surprised to see how well it held up in the wash. After a day of air drying, it was good enough to pass as "gently used" in my opinion. For anyone purchasing as new, take comfort in knowing it is easy to take care of. Large enough for a 15 inch laptop, but no sleeve or compartment in the standard size I purchased
