I also purchased a Capture Clip from Peak Designs which allows you to fix the camera to the shoulder strap in place while hiking – a great addition to this pack. 

 A small hole developed in one of the side waterbottle pockets but I can take resposibility for that when I shoved the tip of my trekking pole in there. 

Important: Choose the Adventure or Athlete hip belt – otherwise you will have literally no padding on your hips. I don’t recommend using the bag without a hipbelt either. The Adventure belt is more comfortable as it provides two layers of foam padding and a wider webbing and buckle – it’s also bigger and bulkier.

Even with the camera compartment loaded the back pannel is comfy and I never feel any of the gear inside digging into my back.

Right here, there's my hand going all the way in some more dry dry packs, so you can stuff clothes and things all the way down there. It'S got a little laptop sleeve right here in the front it might be hard to see, but you can slide your laptop in there and it sits against the cube, so it stays stays flat and it doesn't kind of jostle around and then here's the frame. So there's the steel frame i was talking about - and this is the large frame and you'll see it goes to here

 You can see that so there's the sizing for the large frame there's the sizing for the medium frame. Now it will fit under uh under an airline seat as it is in the large frame and will also fit in the overhead. You can just put the medium frame in if you want it to be even a little bit smaller [ Applause ] additional pouch on the inside. It goes to there additional molle webbing and then a nice little spot for your name here, more straps on the inside

 There are also spots here to put in a smaller frame a medium frame. I think this is the large frame you can retrofit this pack to be a medium frame, and the medium frame goes right right here. You can see that so there's the sizing for the large frame there's the sizing for the medium frame. Now it will fit under uh under an airline seat as it is in the large frame and will also fit in the overhead

 We'Ve got this nice mesh here, but then there's also some ribs. That kind of raise that you know to allow for some more airflow, which i think is really nice, these pockets, which you can pop out [ Applause ] and have extra little pockets here that you can put lenses in things like that. I mentioned lens pouches earlier. In fact, let me grab one of these, so i own several of these pouches, which are the think tank pouches

 Is this bag just cinches down into a much smaller footprint, because there's a lot of bags out there? It'S a 40 60 liter pack, whatever it is, you might only have 15 or 20 liters in the bag or maybe only you're, only using a quarter of its carry capacity, but the footprint of the bag or main is the same so that be able to have A pack that can really kind of switch squish down into a smaller footprint to me is everything, that's a very, very good quality, so just to jump right into it. Of course, this is the the yellow version. This is the also the tall version it comes in a regular size and I'm 6 foot 2, so that the tall version works perfect for me and just right on the outside, you have these straps up here, so you can strap really any additional items. You would like to it there's also a pocket whoops right here on the front

 Alice is a great job with the the comfortable comfort ability of their harness system and their waist belt, and you might be noticing something no words the waist belt with this. What'S what is fantastic Atlas gives you the option that you can take it on or off. It'S up to you and they make great West waist belts very meaty. There'S a lot of material here, a lot of a lot of substance and durability, so they're very good at the waist belts

 I just want to talk about this real quick on the the back panel. It'S kind of got like a rib design and it is very comfortable and it's got like kind of exaggerated lumbar area right here, which makes carrying this bag very comfortable and in the waist belt, actually tucks right back in here. Let me actually show you on the other bag, so they sent me to. This is a athlete pack and black, but what's different is this one is the regular version

 You have another little stretchy area. You have a storm flap on the top that pulls away and then a really nice quick draw opening so easy in-and-out hydration compatible on the outside. You have a drop pocket on the side, yeah perfect for your cell phone

 So it's not a mesh. That'S gon na rip or tear or get dirty tucks away really cleanly. And then you have this nice, you zip that comes all the way down the side.  So you have a little expandable mesh pocket over here where i'm stuck in my recycle fire truckee. This has all my like chapstick and hand cream, all that kind of stuff in it and then over here i put like my edc tools, there's a little organizer there. So it's got some bungees there. I got the uh

 My laptop put all of that stuff in this bag and it still was very comfortable. So i like that, a lot you get the little mountain hardwear branding right there really minimalistic it's there in the front and the reflectivity. You have a sternum stretch on a 28 liter pack. I probably would take it off, but this might be a hiking pack for you, so you might want to keep it on

 So it's got some bungees there. I got the uh. What is this? The kbar dozier little edc flashlight in there, and so you can use these bungees or you don't have to use these bungees, but you can slide, you know whatever you want, but also the good thing about this pocket. It goes all the way down, so you got actually some expandability there

 Let'S try it out, i got a 17-inch laptop. Look, let me stop being lazy, so here's a 17 inch dell inspiron kind of thick. This is an older laptop, so let me see if it will fit in here. This is live

 This thing is amazing: it's just padded foam on the on the back here and you have one channel to help with airflow. I'M not really worried about airflow with a bag like this, i'm not backpacking with it, and then you have the same on the shoulder. Straps super well padded foam here it does come with an included, sternum strap, which is stretchy. The companies have been using this kind of stretchy material here to it really helps the pack, it helps it feel more comfortable

 You have a padded or not padded a fleece lined sleeve that doesn't go all the way down the bag and it's perfect for tablets. I have my full-size tablet in here and then kindle and that pocket, i didn't even know, was there. So that was a great surprise on front of that. You have another red zipper, paracord, zip storage compartment

 This is for when i take like my running shoes to work and i'm gon na hit the gym after i'll hook. These on there - and then i typically have like my hat or water bottle on this if the pocket's full yeah, so that's all in the front, no stretch pocket that would be nice to have some stretch mesh. I know they kind of made this as a climbing bag, but so it's maybe a durability thing, but that would be nice to see. Although i don't mind it, it's got plenty of organization on the side you have a huge water bottle pocket

 Straps super well padded foam here it does come with an included, sternum strap, which is stretchy. The companies have been using this kind of stretchy material here to it really helps the pack, it helps it feel more comfortable. It does have a whistle on there. Hopefully, i won't ever need that and it fits extremely well
