I also purchased a Capture Clip from Peak Designs which allows you to fix the camera to the shoulder strap in place while hiking – a great addition to this pack. 

 A small hole developed in one of the side waterbottle pockets but I can take resposibility for that when I shoved the tip of my trekking pole in there. 

Important: Choose the Adventure or Athlete hip belt – otherwise you will have literally no padding on your hips. I don’t recommend using the bag without a hipbelt either. The Adventure belt is more comfortable as it provides two layers of foam padding and a wider webbing and buckle – it’s also bigger and bulkier.

Even with the camera compartment loaded the back pannel is comfy and I never feel any of the gear inside digging into my back.

 It goes all the way down in the front here, so you reach all the way down into the front of the bag. Right here, there's my hand going all the way in some more dry dry packs, so you can stuff clothes and things all the way down there. It'S got a little laptop sleeve right here in the front it might be hard to see, but you can slide your laptop in there and it sits against the cube, so it stays stays flat and it doesn't kind of jostle around and then here's the frame. So there's the steel frame i was talking about - and this is the large frame and you'll see it goes to here

 You can see that so there's the sizing for the large frame there's the sizing for the medium frame. Now it will fit under uh under an airline seat as it is in the large frame and will also fit in the overhead. You can just put the medium frame in if you want it to be even a little bit smaller [ Applause ] additional pouch on the inside. It goes to there additional molle webbing and then a nice little spot for your name here, more straps on the inside

 There are also spots here to put in a smaller frame a medium frame. I think this is the large frame you can retrofit this pack to be a medium frame, and the medium frame goes right right here. You can see that so there's the sizing for the large frame there's the sizing for the medium frame. Now it will fit under uh under an airline seat as it is in the large frame and will also fit in the overhead

 We'Ve got this nice mesh here, but then there's also some ribs. That kind of raise that you know to allow for some more airflow, which i think is really nice, these pockets, which you can pop out [ Applause ] and have extra little pockets here that you can put lenses in things like that. I mentioned lens pouches earlier. In fact, let me grab one of these, so i own several of these pouches, which are the think tank pouches

 Is this bag just cinches down into a much smaller footprint, because there's a lot of bags out there? It'S a 40 60 liter pack, whatever it is, you might only have 15 or 20 liters in the bag or maybe only you're, only using a quarter of its carry capacity, but the footprint of the bag or main is the same so that be able to have A pack that can really kind of switch squish down into a smaller footprint to me is everything, that's a very, very good quality, so just to jump right into it. Of course, this is the the yellow version. This is the also the tall version it comes in a regular size and I'm 6 foot 2, so that the tall version works perfect for me and just right on the outside, you have these straps up here, so you can strap really any additional items. You would like to it there's also a pocket whoops right here on the front

 Alice is a great job with the the comfortable comfort ability of their harness system and their waist belt, and you might be noticing something no words the waist belt with this. What'S what is fantastic Atlas gives you the option that you can take it on or off. It'S up to you and they make great West waist belts very meaty. There'S a lot of material here, a lot of a lot of substance and durability, so they're very good at the waist belts

 I just want to talk about this real quick on the the back panel. It'S kind of got like a rib design and it is very comfortable and it's got like kind of exaggerated lumbar area right here, which makes carrying this bag very comfortable and in the waist belt, actually tucks right back in here. Let me actually show you on the other bag, so they sent me to. This is a athlete pack and black, but what's different is this one is the regular version

 You have another little stretchy area. Here goes all the way to the bottom: a couple zipper pockets here you could put SD cards or batteries or remote shutters or whatever you like there and that's the the camera compartment.  That said, when I take it hiking this summer, I think it will "absorb" my rolled up inflatable mattress quite nicely, in which case it will end up being perfectly sized. But just for the pack alone, it was "sloshing around" inside of it quite a bit.  Which leads to minor issue #2, which is that this thing is awkward as heck to carry with a full pack inside of it. Slinging it over your shoulder is worthless: It will bang around your knees

A bit large, but useful

 My pack only weights about 20lbs when loaded. The airporter is made with quality material and looks durable for the protection needed against baggage handlers and I like that it has the ability to accommodate a small TSA lock, (not included) but Osprey could have designed it better. It would be more carrier friendly if it had backpack shoulder straps or the ability to expose your own packs straps. It would also help if there was a daisy chain on the outside of this cover once it is folded so that it easier to clip to the pack

Osprey could have a better design, I expected more.

Looking for something to protect my pack from being dragged while shipping it, this literally is made for it! The shoulder strap is really nice too!

So this is obviously the duffel in it's packed form just to show you how small it is here. This is a 30 liter duffel, so it packs down pretty small for that. You got a couple different options here, so you can hang it up if you need to here or clip it to something else or you have this little

 I would be a little wary of putting anything too small in there just because it's just kind of loose floating in there there's no zipper, there's no velcro or anything. So I just kind of be wary of what you put in there. Anything smaller might fall out and the shoulder strap here from being crunched up. You can see it's like a little bit kind of got that cooked bacon look of just being a little wonky there, but this is just a nice little headed strap here

 That aren't specifically backpacking bags seem to have just a sling style, shoulder, strap or tote handles. The two shoulder straps here give you a much easier, more comfortable way to carry this pack also, when you're tossing this thing around in the truck bus, plane, boat or whatever, you can just unclip the shoulder, straps and stow them away, so they don't get caught or Snagged in transit, this stowable strap feature gives you a super sleek bag. That'Ll handle the rigors of travel. I'Ve been able to quickly pick off my duffle and airports and out of the backs of vehicles thanks to these design enhancements, it seems trivial, but it really does make a big difference when you're moving in between those transportation deadlines

 The main zipper is lockable, so you can throw a tsa approved, travel lock on there and travel with confidence. A big benefit when compared to other duffel bags or suitcases is also the fact that this has shoulder straps like a regular backpack, most larger bags. Osprey Transporter 95 Duffel

 You know it's in the middle of the bag, so you don't have to worry about padding in the front or back of it, because you have a full pocket and frame sheet in the back and all this in the front so plenty safe there, and it also Is floating you can see the end of it there, and this pocket fits a 16 inch macbook, no problem, so a great pocket to add in there. Otherwise, if you are using this for more everyday carry, then you can throw you know, documents or anything like that. Anything you just want to keep a little flatter there and then in the back. We have the laptop compartment here

 You got a nice little key clip on top and then these three elastic pockets. The top of these kind of has this more less stretchy reinforced material here just to give it some more durability. So you got three of those there. We just have some assorted tech accessories charger mouse things like that, and then this pocket actually goes all the way down to the bottom here

 These two little straps you can either use this to hook, carabiners on. If you want anything, quick access right in front of you or if you have a hydration bladder in here, you can stick the end of the nozzle through here and then that'll hold it tight to your bag. So it's not flopping around everywhere on the sides. We have these nice stretchy water bottle pockets

 So this is a pretty deep pocket on top, so plenty room to throw any larger tech items like a laptop charger or anything like that. Moving on to the main compartment uh again, you do need to undo the compression straps to get at this one. Just a nice large compartment here uh we have a packable hoodie and two packing cubes that fit in just fine, no problem there, ton of room in this pocket and even in the back, you have a laptop compartment, there's actually a dedicated laptop compartment in the back. So if you want to opt for a hydration bladder and the laptop you can take your laptop from the designated laptop compartment move it into this one it'll keep it nice and safe
