Comfort

Atlas Packs Athlete

(1/2)

Important: Choose the Adventure or Athlete hip belt – otherwise you will have literally no padding on your hips. I don’t recommend using the bag without a hipbelt either. The Adventure belt is more comfortable as it provides two layers of foam padding and a wider webbing and buckle – it’s also bigger and bulkier.

Love how comfortable it is! Perfect as an everyday laptop bag that I use for work. Osprey packs are unbeatable!

Hiking

Atlas Packs Athlete

I also purchased a Capture Clip from Peak Designs which allows you to fix the camera to the shoulder strap in place while hiking – a great addition to this pack.

Osprey Apogee Daypack - Men's

(1/1)

After tucked away two compression straps and waist strap, the bag looks very slim and minimal, while you can still identify its Osprey DNA, which is an image I want to keep for myself. The bag also stays in shape much better than Momentum, thanks to its narrower size and back panel. Talking about back panel, I LOVE the mesh back panel that will definitely keep my back cooler when doing 10-hours+ long hiking trails (Grand Canyon's Bright Angel Trail round trip from top to Colorado River, Maui Haleakala Crater Trail, Mount Baldy). All in all, SUPER pleased with the Apogee buy

Carry-on

Osprey Apogee Daypack - Men's

(1/1)

This is an everyday pack that does it all. From a quick weekend getaway to the day to day commute. I have had a variety of different bags but this one gives you the best bang for your buck. The side pockets for your water bottle are the best in its class

Size

Osprey Apogee Daypack - Men's

(1/1)

It fits me comfortably, but is large. I am 6’2” so if you are under 6 feet, be warned. It might feel very long. That being said, it collapses quite well, and appears much smaller when it isn’t maxed for space
