Comfort
Atlas Packs Athlete
Important: Choose the Adventure or Athlete hip belt – otherwise you will have literally no padding on your hips. I don’t recommend using the bag without a hipbelt either. The Adventure belt is more comfortable as it provides two layers of foam padding and a wider webbing and buckle – it’s also bigger and bulkier.
Hiking
Atlas Packs Athlete
I also purchased a Capture Clip from Peak Designs which allows you to fix the camera to the shoulder strap in place while hiking – a great addition to this pack.
Carry-on
Osprey Lumina 60 Pack - Women's
And I'm assuming others may have to do the same. So far, it has survived my travels just fine and is very comfortable (other than my weirdness about things behind my neck/head) to carry. I'm really impressed with how lightweight and yet durable it seems to be (at least so far).
Size
Osprey Lumina 60 Pack - Women's
This is a limited review as we sent it back, not through any fault but it's just to big for my wifes requirements, with a base weight of 6.5kg it was a waste. We had a good look at the pack and other than the size it was spot on, excellent weight, typically Osprey comfort back, hip belt pockets are a bit of a miss. We intend to get the 45ltr version instead
