Comfort
Atlas Packs Athlete
Important: Choose the Adventure or Athlete hip belt – otherwise you will have literally no padding on your hips. I don’t recommend using the bag without a hipbelt either. The Adventure belt is more comfortable as it provides two layers of foam padding and a wider webbing and buckle – it’s also bigger and bulkier.
Hiking

I also purchased a Capture Clip from Peak Designs which allows you to fix the camera to the shoulder strap in place while hiking – a great addition to this pack.
Osprey Salida 12 Hydration Pack - Women's
Bought this pack for my wife and she loves it. Then I wore it on one of our hikes, and can't believe how well it fits. I usually can't do hydration packs for long, as they cause me back and neck pain from the wait, and I have a hard time getting them to fit right. This one just fits right
Compartment

5L of water. The bag is quiet versitile and can hold a helmet for a motorcycle or bike with ease! I find myself using the shove-it pocket the most to just shove my items in quickly and to get out with ease. The magnetic sternum strap is nice because it hold the bite valve right there where you can reach it without issue. The bag is easy to to use as it boasts some really great internal pockets
