Comfort

Atlas Packs Athlete

(1/2)

Important: Choose the Adventure or Athlete hip belt – otherwise you will have literally no padding on your hips. I don’t recommend using the bag without a hipbelt either. The Adventure belt is more comfortable as it provides two layers of foam padding and a wider webbing and buckle – it’s also bigger and bulkier.

Mesh ventilation on back keeps me cool and comfortable instead of sweaty and sticky.

Hiking

Atlas Packs Athlete

(1/1)

I also purchased a Capture Clip from Peak Designs which allows you to fix the camera to the shoulder strap in place while hiking – a great addition to this pack.

I tried two other backpacks and this one is the winner!!! I am small female, 107ils, 5'1 so hard to find a pack. This was perfect. Thanks Moosejaw for allowing me to try and send back others. You rock!!!!!

Size

Osprey Sirrus 36 Pack - Women's

(1/1)

Love this size! I saw a few comments in other reviews I wanted to address. If you have light compressible gear, this is the bag for you! My sleeping bag does fit in the sleeping bag compartment no problem(Alps mountaineering quest 20 degrees), My sleeping mat is sea to summit ultralight and fits on the bag with the rain cover over it, my pixel 3 phone is a tight fit, but fits in the hip pocket as well. As you can see just depends on the gear you have. This pack works great for all my lightweight gear
