 Is this bag just cinches down into a much smaller footprint, because there's a lot of bags out there? It'S a 40 60 liter pack, whatever it is, you might only have 15 or 20 liters in the bag or maybe only you're, only using a quarter of its carry capacity, but the footprint of the bag or main is the same so that be able to have A pack that can really kind of switch squish down into a smaller footprint to me is everything, that's a very, very good quality, so just to jump right into it. Of course, this is the the yellow version. This is the also the tall version it comes in a regular size and I'm 6 foot 2, so that the tall version works perfect for me and just right on the outside, you have these straps up here, so you can strap really any additional items. You would like to it there's also a pocket whoops right here on the front

 Alice is a great job with the the comfortable comfort ability of their harness system and their waist belt, and you might be noticing something no words the waist belt with this. What'S what is fantastic Atlas gives you the option that you can take it on or off. It'S up to you and they make great West waist belts very meaty. There'S a lot of material here, a lot of a lot of substance and durability, so they're very good at the waist belts

 I just want to talk about this real quick on the the back panel. It'S kind of got like a rib design and it is very comfortable and it's got like kind of exaggerated lumbar area right here, which makes carrying this bag very comfortable and in the waist belt, actually tucks right back in here. Let me actually show you on the other bag, so they sent me to. This is a athlete pack and black, but what's different is this one is the regular version

 It'S not like the foam that you would use for your backpack uh straps, it's like a very thick foam, and so they they sent me these, and i actually was able to do the install myself to upgrade this original backpack to be capable of handling a lot More weight and to just improve the frame and that's cool, i think it's important to reuse. You know products like this and to turn them into more functional, updated products when we can so we don't just throw out perfectly viable and useful backpacks and other type of hiking this one. So that's it! That'S my review of the bag. I think it's a great backpack, i i think it's um worth checking these out

 If you want stuff that needs to stay absolutely dry, this is a well protected area for your important documents and things like that. This bag has been incredibly comfortable.  It opens on the back and you get full access to the whole bag here in the back, and it has a little special feature called the origami compartment here, which basically allows you to turn some storage space into camera space or, like I said, storage space, and You have more volume for other stuff in the back. It'S it's very shallow, I'm an Olympus ambassador and I shoot with Olympus glass, of course, which is small lenses and they fit in perfectly. But if you have slightly bigger lenses, you'll end up putting them in sideways. Like this, I know that for future versions of this backpack there will be it'll, be slightly deeper and then normal full-frame lenses will also fit in upright or the general full frame lens will fit in upright

 They're not just smaller and larger versions of the exact same pack. There are some differences. this one has a laptop compartment on the front. This one has it inside

 They both feature this top flap drawstring top system and then they both have space down in front of the box that actually holds the camera gear and so with compression straps on the sides. Again, this is true for both models. You can stuff the pack as full as you need to and then cinch them down, throw a tripod on the side, and and make it work. Of course, made out of, you know, ripstop nylon

 Back panels are very similar with this sort of ribbed material. It's very comfortable. The biggest thing that I like about the the suspension system here is the waist belt. Now a lot of packs have waist belts

 just like any other outdoor pack you'd expect. They have the same suspension system for the shoulder harnesses here which is great. They both feature internal metal frames which again standard for hiking packs to help distribute the load of the pack down onto your hips rather than on your shoulders. They have or this one has an adjustable velcro thing for adjusting depending on your your torso height which is great can you get a good fit

The attention to detail in this bag is one of the reasons we liked it so much. Magnets hold the pockets closed and attach the shoulder straps to the back of the bag when they're not in use. Speaking of pockets, we counted 18 total, including water bottle pockets. A lot of those pockets are of the stretchy, internal variety with magnetic closures. We appreciate the multiple travel-friendly attributes, like a luggage pass-through on the back panel for easy integration with a rolling bag, as well as zipper pulls that can be latched together to deter pickpockets. The addition of the pivoting shoulder straps ensures comfort on long days. With its durable and weather-resistant textiles, the Everyday Backpack holds off the elements well when fully closed. An adjustable laptop sleeve keeps your computer positioned towards the top of the compartment, which is great for two reasons. First, it's simply easier to access. Second, since it doesn't fully rest at the bottom of the bag, the laptop is protected if you drop your bag a little too hard.
Although we think the laptop sleeve design is clever, it's a little tight when loaded with a 16-inch MacBook Pro and a tablet, making them both harder to take out of the bag.  You could even fit another camera or lens up here if you wanted to because it is expandable. but for now I just put little accessories like lens, cloth, rode videomicro, a battery charger, stuff like that. It really is a struggle for a 15-inch MacBook Pro I'm not sure if they intended it to be able to fit that or not, but it really is a struggle. and while it does fit I don't feel safe with putting it in here, especially when the bag is loaded up with cameras and stuff

It actually does, but it's covered by the material from the pocket that is in the inside of the back zipper

Peak Design Everyday Backpack 20L Review

 The/\s/origami dividers are fraying at the edges and/\s/ they don't hold their shape like they used to and/\s/the inside pockets while they're still elastic are/\s/ showing like some felting marks on them or like/\s/wear marks. I don't really know what's causing it/\s/ I guess it's just where the lens rubs up against/\s/the pockets but it is showing signs of wear which/\s/ isn't all that strange for a bag that's been used/\s/heavily for six months. No matter what you make it/\s/ out of, it's probably still gonna show wear marks/\s/so on the outside of the everyday backpack there's/\s/ two weatherproof zippers that run the whole length/\s/of the bag and these give you access to the main/\s/ compartment and they have like pull tabs on them/\s/which can be looped and fastened at the top of the/\s/ bag so the pockets can't be opened without your/\s/knowledge like if you're standing on the subway/\s/ and somebody tries to pickpocket you and this is/\s/a feature that I use all the time even though I/\s/ thought I wouldn't really use it at all. The other/\s/standout feature on the outside of this bag is of/\s/ course the mag latch
