I also purchased a Capture Clip from Peak Designs which allows you to fix the camera to the shoulder strap in place while hiking – a great addition to this pack. 

 A small hole developed in one of the side waterbottle pockets but I can take resposibility for that when I shoved the tip of my trekking pole in there. 

Important: Choose the Adventure or Athlete hip belt – otherwise you will have literally no padding on your hips. I don’t recommend using the bag without a hipbelt either. The Adventure belt is more comfortable as it provides two layers of foam padding and a wider webbing and buckle – it’s also bigger and bulkier.

Even with the camera compartment loaded the back pannel is comfy and I never feel any of the gear inside digging into my back.

It'S got a little laptop sleeve right here in the front it might be hard to see, but you can slide your laptop in there and it sits against the cube, so it stays stays flat and it doesn't kind of jostle around and then here's the frame. So there's the steel frame i was talking about - and this is the large frame and you'll see it goes to here

 You can see that so there's the sizing for the large frame there's the sizing for the medium frame. Now it will fit under uh under an airline seat as it is in the large frame and will also fit in the overhead. You can just put the medium frame in if you want it to be even a little bit smaller [ Applause ] additional pouch on the inside. It goes to there additional molle webbing and then a nice little spot for your name here, more straps on the inside

 There are also spots here to put in a smaller frame a medium frame. I think this is the large frame you can retrofit this pack to be a medium frame, and the medium frame goes right right here. You can see that so there's the sizing for the large frame there's the sizing for the medium frame. Now it will fit under uh under an airline seat as it is in the large frame and will also fit in the overhead

 We'Ve got this nice mesh here, but then there's also some ribs. That kind of raise that you know to allow for some more airflow, which i think is really nice, these pockets, which you can pop out [ Applause ] and have extra little pockets here that you can put lenses in things like that. I mentioned lens pouches earlier. In fact, let me grab one of these, so i own several of these pouches, which are the think tank pouches

 Is this bag just cinches down into a much smaller footprint, because there's a lot of bags out there? It'S a 40 60 liter pack, whatever it is, you might only have 15 or 20 liters in the bag or maybe only you're, only using a quarter of its carry capacity, but the footprint of the bag or main is the same so that be able to have A pack that can really kind of switch squish down into a smaller footprint to me is everything, that's a very, very good quality, so just to jump right into it. Of course, this is the the yellow version. This is the also the tall version it comes in a regular size and I'm 6 foot 2, so that the tall version works perfect for me and just right on the outside, you have these straps up here, so you can strap really any additional items. You would like to it there's also a pocket whoops right here on the front

 Alice is a great job with the the comfortable comfort ability of their harness system and their waist belt, and you might be noticing something no words the waist belt with this. What'S what is fantastic Atlas gives you the option that you can take it on or off. It'S up to you and they make great West waist belts very meaty. There'S a lot of material here, a lot of a lot of substance and durability, so they're very good at the waist belts

 I just want to talk about this real quick on the the back panel. It'S kind of got like a rib design and it is very comfortable and it's got like kind of exaggerated lumbar area right here, which makes carrying this bag very comfortable and in the waist belt, actually tucks right back in here. Let me actually show you on the other bag, so they sent me to. This is a athlete pack and black, but what's different is this one is the regular version

 The straps show the most wear and tear, where it touches the bagpack's own material. It is a real pity.

I would love to give my everyday backpack full 5 stars. The overall built quality is great and the design well thought through. However, what really bothers me is that the shoulder straps will not last long, the body-facing material is too soft and delicate. After just a couple weeks of normal carrying, it showed some serious wear and tear (see pictures)

Great design and overall built quality...but...

The product looks great, nicely designed. But when used for its intended use, a camera bag, I found it to be VERY uncomfortable. I had a modest mirrorless camera set-up with two additional lenses. The issue is the straps where cutting into my shoulders, painful

There’s an optional waist/hip belt which may help but that’s now more money on an already overpriced product. Looking into better options which are more functional not stylish

A lot of money for a lot of nothing

Super disappointed that this doesn't fit my dell 15 inch laptop. It probably fits a mac, but seems like it would be super tight. I also found it really hard to get into the laptop compartment and top stash compartment. There's some really cool stuff about this bag, but it honestly feels a little over engineered

I own ~10 different backpacks and I’m confident to tell which one is great after 5 minutes. Great materials (hard to find a better one), awesome design and very comfortable to use. I just wish PD had a smaller backpack for my 15 inch MacBook Pro + Sony A73 + Tamron 28-75. This is somehow too roomy for me

Best premium backpack!

 I like how small and lightweight it is. I’m 5’1” and I struggle with finding backpacks that aren’t too big, straps that actually fit my smaller frame and it doesn’t hit my butt every time I take a step. 

Great everyday and travel backpack!

Have used this as a commuter bag for a few weeks and absolutely love it. Upgraded from a V1 (non-zip) version and I prefer this zip version over the old one (which I also loved!).

I really like the 15L Everyday Zip. I used to have a 20L Everyday Backpack but it’s a bit big especially after I downsized to a mirrorless with two lens set up.

 It started to get just a little bit too bulky, but for the most part I was actually pretty impressed with what I was able to fit. Considering the sleek look of the bag. Continuing on with some of the internal organization on the flaps, there's two simple slip: pockets at the top, each side, kind of has an identical layout and so starting off with the one on the left. Here it has these magnetic closures, which I really like to help keep in the compartment inside and so in this one

 I definitely think that it gives you a lot of versatility and it just makes it a lot easier to use the bag while I'm running around throughout the day and so for the purposes of this walkthrough. I'M gon na go ahead and just open it up completely. So you can get a clearer look at the main compartment, and so I really like that you can open it up this much. So it makes it very easy to just see everything that I have in the bag at once, and the first thing that you'll, probably notice as I open this up, is that I'm actually not using the Flex fold dividers that are so popular in peak designs bag

 Iterations of their bags on the strap there's also an adjustable and removable sternum strap that you can attach with this metallic clip, then it's very easy to adjust. Unfortunately, this sternum strap I've never felt has been very comfortable as far as actually providing too much additional support. It tends to just kind of dig into my shoulders a little bit, so I normally just don't end up using it. I do like, however, that you can kind of attach the clip here, if you don't want it floating around

 The handles are very comfortable to hold and very well built. So, on the side handles you have this very thick seatbelt, like material, that's, very comfortable and then for the handle at the top. It has the same seatbelt like material on the bottom, but along the top. It also has this leather material here to give it just a little bit more of a stylish look on the outside
