I also purchased a Capture Clip from Peak Designs which allows you to fix the camera to the shoulder strap in place while hiking – a great addition to this pack. 

 A small hole developed in one of the side waterbottle pockets but I can take resposibility for that when I shoved the tip of my trekking pole in there. 

Important: Choose the Adventure or Athlete hip belt – otherwise you will have literally no padding on your hips. I don’t recommend using the bag without a hipbelt either. The Adventure belt is more comfortable as it provides two layers of foam padding and a wider webbing and buckle – it’s also bigger and bulkier.

Even with the camera compartment loaded the back pannel is comfy and I never feel any of the gear inside digging into my back.

 It goes all the way down in the front here, so you reach all the way down into the front of the bag. Right here, there's my hand going all the way in some more dry dry packs, so you can stuff clothes and things all the way down there. It'S got a little laptop sleeve right here in the front it might be hard to see, but you can slide your laptop in there and it sits against the cube, so it stays stays flat and it doesn't kind of jostle around and then here's the frame. So there's the steel frame i was talking about - and this is the large frame and you'll see it goes to here

 You can see that so there's the sizing for the large frame there's the sizing for the medium frame. Now it will fit under uh under an airline seat as it is in the large frame and will also fit in the overhead. You can just put the medium frame in if you want it to be even a little bit smaller [ Applause ] additional pouch on the inside. It goes to there additional molle webbing and then a nice little spot for your name here, more straps on the inside

 There are also spots here to put in a smaller frame a medium frame. I think this is the large frame you can retrofit this pack to be a medium frame, and the medium frame goes right right here. You can see that so there's the sizing for the large frame there's the sizing for the medium frame. Now it will fit under uh under an airline seat as it is in the large frame and will also fit in the overhead

 We'Ve got this nice mesh here, but then there's also some ribs. That kind of raise that you know to allow for some more airflow, which i think is really nice, these pockets, which you can pop out [ Applause ] and have extra little pockets here that you can put lenses in things like that. I mentioned lens pouches earlier. In fact, let me grab one of these, so i own several of these pouches, which are the think tank pouches

 Is this bag just cinches down into a much smaller footprint, because there's a lot of bags out there? It'S a 40 60 liter pack, whatever it is, you might only have 15 or 20 liters in the bag or maybe only you're, only using a quarter of its carry capacity, but the footprint of the bag or main is the same so that be able to have A pack that can really kind of switch squish down into a smaller footprint to me is everything, that's a very, very good quality, so just to jump right into it. Of course, this is the the yellow version. This is the also the tall version it comes in a regular size and I'm 6 foot 2, so that the tall version works perfect for me and just right on the outside, you have these straps up here, so you can strap really any additional items. You would like to it there's also a pocket whoops right here on the front

 Alice is a great job with the the comfortable comfort ability of their harness system and their waist belt, and you might be noticing something no words the waist belt with this. What'S what is fantastic Atlas gives you the option that you can take it on or off. It'S up to you and they make great West waist belts very meaty. There'S a lot of material here, a lot of a lot of substance and durability, so they're very good at the waist belts

 I just want to talk about this real quick on the the back panel. It'S kind of got like a rib design and it is very comfortable and it's got like kind of exaggerated lumbar area right here, which makes carrying this bag very comfortable and in the waist belt, actually tucks right back in here. Let me actually show you on the other bag, so they sent me to. This is a athlete pack and black, but what's different is this one is the regular version

 Like get my foot soaked, it's quicksand when i went on my backpacking trip, i didn't break these in at all, which is not something i recommend, but these actually wound up being really comfortable for an overnight, and i found them to be spacious, waterproof easy to wear. Just like generally really comfortable, these are definitely my favorite backpacking boots. I definitely think they deserve their highest rating hold on. I take a little picture

 All the clothing that i wore was the highest rated backpacking clothing on aria's website, including, like my socks and even my underwear, but there's two main pieces of clothing that i want to talk about a little bit more in depth. The first one is this: caritra roth fleece, so this was the highest rated backpacking fleece on rei's website. But most of those reviews didn't reference backpacking at all, and i kind of feel like the main reason they got. That high rating is because it's comfortable and it's cute and while i didn't love it for my backpacking trip, i have worn it around a lot since then

 Like my boots, the pack, the sleeping bag, even the trekking poles. These are the highest rated women's items. You might find that the men's version of the fafsa 45 isn't the highest rated pack or the men's version of the free hiker isn't the highest rated boot. Yeah reviews are all like really subjective

 I guess what you would call a porch in the back or a vestibule, it's quite a bit bigger as in wider than the old tip, but it doesn't hang out near as far, but I do really like the way the door sets up. This one requires three states: the original tent required two stakes, but I'll get those stakes put in and show you what that looks like [, Music, ] and the reason why that's different than the original one is the shape of the door. The original one had a solid piece of material that didn't move here in the middle with two separate doors. This one is all one big door that you have lots of different options of how to fold it back

 So another thing is that this tent only has one set of zippers on the door, whereas the older version had two sets. So that was really convenient for us with kids. They have a hard time finding the zipper a lot. So the two sets helped a lot

 But if you do a walk in campsite it does have these backpack straps, so you can throw that on pretty easy or it has the carry handle um if you're not going very far. It has these compartments here on the front that zip open, keep your tent stakes and guylines in there, and then it unzips around the top, and it has separate compartments for your tent rain fly and then right down the center. A compartment for the poles, which is really nice - I really like the bag. They did a really good job with that and they didn't mess with that between the two versions of the tent
