Comfort
Atlas Packs Athlete
Important: Choose the Adventure or Athlete hip belt – otherwise you will have literally no padding on your hips. I don’t recommend using the bag without a hipbelt either. The Adventure belt is more comfortable as it provides two layers of foam padding and a wider webbing and buckle – it’s also bigger and bulkier.

My GoRuck was too rough and tore up my shirts. My Evergoods collected too much hair/lint and felt “synthetic”. My Tom Bihn is so comfortable and I love the interior and exterior materials. I think I’ve found my long term bag

Phew! We made it through the outside. Now, it’s time to get inside this pack. First up? The front pockets.

Can you work with a smaller bag? Does it has the be 20L? It could be a smaller hip bag like the TOM BIHN LGD (review [here]([URL REMOVED] It’s just much easier to manage.

During testing, we’ve been keeping the Blunt Metro Umbrella in this spot—we’ve found that we can easily cinch down these straps to keep it nice and secure. This is a unique feature that we haven’t seen on many bags before, and we appreciate the modularity it offers.
