 Came out of the box wicked sharp and this auto packs some real snap. Safety was a bit ratchety out of the box but quickly smoothed out with some use. I used a touch of good lube on the pivot and safety and release button as they all seemed dry from the factory. Overall a pretty sweet knife

 That'S difficult to carry. We'Ve got 6061 t6 aluminum. We have a titanium back, spacer, which i always thought was funny on this thing, it's kind of weird and not something that benchmade normally does uh, and then we have a hundred and thirteen thousands, probably more. Like 115, thousands on the spine of the blade weight on this guy there's just not a lot of material here, not a lot of density and thickness

 Maybe i over tighten it that's something that can happen with a knife that has really really high tolerances or really really tight tolerances. Let'S keep it in there and see if we can still keep it on center. Is it there, maybe ever so slightly off, but it is very, very close there we go yeah, okay, no issues there. It'S not sometimes it's nice to show that kind of stuff on camera, but yeah

 But what we see is largely 6061 t6 aluminum their quality build and then that steel now every now and then i hear somebody complain about that, but not very much, and i honestly don't complain about it much because 154cm cpm154 are two of my favorite steels of All time, in fact, that is my favorite composition for use s30v. It'S right around the same mark, a lot of people like it. A lot of people still call it. You know their best skill

 I can't really see this as an everyday carry knife. It is a meat knife and it is a lot of fun to play with I mean you can just sit around and you know extend and retract it over and over again, and the blade is really really sharp, and you know you just I mean it's super Sharp and the blade itself is made of l max or L max steel, and this is supposed to be a really good knife. Now one thing about the micro Tech's is they kind of? If you do a lot of knife shopping, they kind of come and go randomly availability wise, like for example, shortly after I picked up this one, it was sold out and the supply is sort of come and go now. This is a really neat knife and I think it's completely safe if you wanted to carry it in your pocket, because I mean you're not going to accidentally brush against this enough to trigger it in your pocket
