The Fitness Factor Adjustable is a solid choice for those seeking both performance and simplicity from their home exercise equipment. Cutting the PVC cord to the proper length was extremely easy &mdash; with just a few short steps and a pair of scissors, this rope can be trimmed to size for heights of 4'9" up to 6'6". The Fitness Factor's simple design renders it incredibly easy to use, especially for those just getting into the world of jump rope. As a bonus, this model includes a manual that outlines five workout routines to help you get going. 
Although the Fitness Factor has bearings in the handles, they didn't spin all that well compared to a few other models in our review. While we wouldn't consider this a deal-breaker, if speed and consistent spinning are determining factors for you, it might make sense to go with a product with higher quality bearings. When it comes to bells and whistles, such as interchangeable cords with different weights or weighted handles, the Fitness Factor offers none. Still, if you're looking for a basic model with excellent all-around performance, this model is the one for you.

 This adjustment mechanism has four prongs and all you need to do to loosen up is just loosen the prongs like that and then you can just slide the adjustment mechanism to wherever you need X based on the length of rope that you needed and then just pushing those prongs like this and then just secure the adjustment mechanism with the cover. And by the way, if you don't happen to see the cover, no problem at all. That just means that it's located inside the jump rope handle and all you need to do is just pull the room top like this and it will be completely secure now. I'm just going to put the cap back on here and I am all ready to jump rope

 Now this jump rope is really easy to adjust and you will receive a very helpful PDF guide which explains in detail how it is to adjust the link the rope based on your weight. But let me go ahead and show you right now how easy. So the first thing you want to do is remove the red cap from the end of the handle like this. Next, just push out the roof and you need to remove this cap which fastens the adjustment mechanism right here

 So as you guys can see: I really really like the comfortable foam handles, the sturdy build, the ball bearing and it's just really easy to use and really easy to adjust. And it's also really light weights which is really awesome for exercising outdoors. So guys, this is my video review I Highly recommend it!
