The equipment seems well made and it is comfortable I wanted something to help me keep in condition without taking a lot of time or a trip to the gym. I find the manual to be easier to use than the workout video. The video does show you how to adjust the length of the tubes by using your feet during workouts. I wish I had an extra door anchor so that I could complete my routines without having to move the anchor between exercises but I did converted the Small Anywhere Anchor using a piece of large swim noodle

it has actually done lot of wonders! I was a bit of a skeptic about using this vibrating foam roller, but it has actually been worth the cost spent. I can feel my body feeling much looser and it has relieved some pain in the lower back. It's definitely worth the investment having this as a tool to have at home or/and at work. Two thumbs up!
