 I can barely feel the knurl and my hands were sliding around the bar doing curls (I had 50lb on the bar, and the bar is 30). There was definitely a bit of residual manufacturing oil on the shaft so I'm going to wipe it down and give it another go but right now I'm very much not enjoying e-coat. Haven't tried skullcrushers yet but if curls had this much movement in-hand I'm not thrilled to put the bar above my head, lol. Will also plan to chalk up a bit and see if that helps but the e-coat is so slick and the knurl so passive that I don't think it will hold chalk very well

I've been complaining about rust on my black oxide vulcan curl bar but I totally get the advantage of black oxide now - it is far grippier and feels a lot like bare steel. Combined with a more aggressive knurl the vulcan bar feels a lot better to use but oiling it once a week still isn't stopping rust coming through in the cambered areas. I'm soaking the Vulcan bar in WD-40 now per their instructions so hopefully that will stave off the rust for a while (though it hasn't before, so I'm not that hopeful).

First things first, this is part of Nathan’s Spring 2021 hydration collection – The Pinnacle Series – which is designed to be 20% lighter and more breathable than any other Nathan pack. Within this series, there are vests in addition to this belt.

 Additionally, there are two side pockets and a zippered front – perfect for a phone or items with a need for added security.

 Speaking of the flask, it has a cool locking cap (that surprisingly hasn’t leaked yet – I always get this with soft options) and fits nicely in the back-center, foam-lined pocket. No jokes, I was expecting adding a soft flask to be uncomfortable on my back, but the padding is legit. Additionally, there are two side pockets and a zippered front – perfect for a phone or items with a need for added security.

I have used this on my runs over the past few weeks and can recommend that, if you purchase one, you give it a few test runs before needing it for a race or long run. It was mostly operator error, but it took me a run or two to fully get the hang of the compression tabs on either side of the waist pack. It’s a pretty awesome idea with the pulling of these tabs effectively tightening and compressing the soft flask as you drink down your water. At first, I weirdly couldn’t figure out how to pull the tabs correctly (it’s not hard – I was just overthinking it) and it led to my bottle falling out numerous times because I didn’t have it tight enough

 I know i said that i used this pocket right here to hold my gopro this morning, but this front pocket is also good. Let'S say you didn't want the gopro to get wet. I mean it's a waterproof camera, so i guess it doesn't matter, but you can also keep your gopro in one of these front pockets. It is big enough to stuff that in there then we all want choices when it comes to storage

 I would clip this little piece. You can even see that that little piece onto the onto the hose and then when i take a sip i would just it would just lock back into place with the magnet veterans of this channel, are going to remember how much i like magnets and how much I enjoyed that feature on the vapor air 7 liter, and it's here it's here on the pinnacle. If i want it, but the pinnacle 4 liter does come with two soft flasks. Here they are for these long hoses, pretty neat

 That is something that is, i usually bring out on most of my runs, and i want to show you just the back again before i pull it out, because this pocket is actually big enough for me to hold a camera on a selfie stick. So all i have to do is kind of jam it up in that pocket, pull it out boom, i'm good to go got my selfie stick got the camera when i'm done put it away, and it is that easy to just stick it up inside and it's Totally secure in the back, it answers a pretty big question for me as a running content creator where i go out, and i want to film my runs it's like do. I want to hold on to this selfie. Stick the whole time

 This is where the clip system hooks to and you can slide those up and down just to make the fit even better. So, just like we do with shoes, we are going to start at the top we're going to work our way down. Let'S start at the very top, with the giant pocket in the back now. This is where you are going to keep your hydration reservoir right behind the hydration reservoir pocket
