 I can barely feel the knurl and my hands were sliding around the bar doing curls (I had 50lb on the bar, and the bar is 30). There was definitely a bit of residual manufacturing oil on the shaft so I'm going to wipe it down and give it another go but right now I'm very much not enjoying e-coat. Haven't tried skullcrushers yet but if curls had this much movement in-hand I'm not thrilled to put the bar above my head, lol. Will also plan to chalk up a bit and see if that helps but the e-coat is so slick and the knurl so passive that I don't think it will hold chalk very well

I've been complaining about rust on my black oxide vulcan curl bar but I totally get the advantage of black oxide now - it is far grippier and feels a lot like bare steel. Combined with a more aggressive knurl the vulcan bar feels a lot better to use but oiling it once a week still isn't stopping rust coming through in the cambered areas. I'm soaking the Vulcan bar in WD-40 now per their instructions so hopefully that will stave off the rust for a while (though it hasn't before, so I'm not that hopeful).

The Reebok Original Aerobic Step is stable enough to be used for many different compound and intense movements. This step is designed to be abused by the heaviest-footed workout enthusiasts with three different height settings and a secure base. The step can be set at 6, 8, or 10 inches in height and remains equally stable throughout the range. Once you get the hang of adjusting the feet, the Reebok step becomes an excellent choice for a home or public gym setting. Reebok claims that this step is rated for up to 242 pounds. Throughout our testing, we had a 200-pound man jump and step onto this bench while holding a 45-pound kettlebell. The base never bowed or showed any signs of aggressive impact. The plastic and rubber come together to create a stable and useful platform with good traction. 
As much as we love the Reebok Original Aerobic Step, it is worth noting that the joints for storing the feet are very tight. Our main tester was physically unable to pull the feet off without assistance. However, once we figured out the pattern and loosened the joints up by connecting and disconnecting them a few times, the process became easier. Still, we find that adjusting this exercise step isn't as intuitive as other models &mdash; though that is our only point of criticism. If you're looking to add a bench that can be used for step-up activities as well as support for heavy lifts, we think you'll be quite satisfied with this option. The Reebok is stackable and easy to move &#40;about 24 pounds&#41;, making it an excellent choice for group fitness and gym environments.

Your Glutes Will Thank You For Adding An Aerobic Stepper To Your Home Gym

 So now what I'm going to do is show you how the incline works. So I see that there's a lever right under here that I would hold on to and then it opens the rest of the back. The support comes out and then it locks into place, and now it is an inclined bench and in this interior there are little symbols that identify the three different angles that the bench can incline to and there's also a compartment for you to store things like resistance Bands and small dumbbells, so if you want to change the angles up, you would just lift from the bottom slide it out. Then it would come down a little bit to lock in place to that designated level and the back seems to be very sturdy

 There'S no assembly required it's all wrapped in plastic. So let's go ahead and remove the plastic from the rest of the step and voila there. It is, it looks real nice I like the colors red and black, so that doesn't appear to be any further instructions in the box. But I do know that there is a incline bench here

 This bench was ordered from Target for around three hundred dollars and it took about a week to get here. I checked recently and it didn't look like this was available at Target anymore.
