I ordered this roller because it came with a DVD. I find I do better when I don't have to look up exercises and can just pop in a DVD.

I love my 26, also love my 22. I use the same slow n sear in both. The 26 keeps good temp just like my 22. I can do two full racks of spares on the 26 plus a third if i want to use the elevated grate

Was expecting it to last at least a year. Other than that experience with the foam roller is great. Videos gaiam makes for the foam roller have been fantastic since I had no clue what I was doing at first.

I'm not one to write many reviews, usually if a product is bad I just return it and move on with my day. This however is an entirely different story. There is little doubt in my mind that this is a counterfeit product. How do I know this? Because I bought this EXACT same product directly from the GAIAM website and then I bought this one from Amazon, and the difference between the two is night and day

I would avoid purchasing if I were you…if it doesn’t work it will be collecting dust for months while you wait for the $3k you spend on a hunk of junk to be returned.

I have only had this item for a short time so I can't give a detailed description of my experience. My local Target has the same item, but I found it for a few dollars less (even after tax) via Amazon. There is a dvd that comes with it but its not for this roller. kinda weird this would be included if its for a different item

This was the worst treadmill I have ever owned. I personally would recommend a less expensive treadmill that does not require Wi-Fi to run if it gets disconnected from Wi-Fi it stops as you’re in the middle of the run. But my treadmill came With a defective part which bow flex didn’t seem to know much about their machine and how to fix it so they had to come out multiple times for to even be running because when I first got it the belt would just start running on its own and go extremely fast it was extremely dangerous and I am lucky that I didn’t seriously hurt myself. It suddenly stopped working and I had technicians come out to fix it it’s running now but the belt and motor still grind and this is a very expensive machine I expect it to work perfectly for a brand-new $2000 treadmill! Bow flex treadmill I would recommend not to use I recommend pro-form never had a problem with any of their machines and they’re cheaper! Also I i’m returning the treadmill and they only gave me a partial refund for a defective item that wasn’t my fault

Follow the video and don't rush through the work out. The foam could've been a little softer but hey it's all good. Drink plenty of water, have a nice day readers. :)
