We love the versatility of this platform, and the options it provides. It also comes with features like a heart rate armband, a small cooling fan, a USB charging port, front-facing speakers, and plenty of places to keep things at arm's reach. 
The Treadmill 22 is the largest and heaviest model we tested and it is best suited to a dedicated workout space. The tread deck folds up to reduce its footprint by about half, but it's still a sizeable machine. Assembling it isn't particularly difficult, but it is quite time-consuming, and once it's assembled, moving it around is certainly no easy task. It's also quite expensive, and while we feel it is the best we tested, it may be more than many people need. That said, if you take your indoor training seriously, we think the Treadmill 22 is the way to go.

 I got okay, so they're called recreto fitness bands and i kind of saw these basically on an amazon when i was doing review doing something else for another video on this channel, and i thought you know i might as well get this and talk about it because I saw something that was worth talking about a few things. I could do a workout on this and uh. I also didn't haven't had a pair of bands in a while in the house like i'll, say some comments about how i feel about bands in the first place, and then i'm going to show you. This is really a review about like a bunch of different products, because if you guys aren't aware of this, this is just a drop ship product

 I can't see it now. Little these little straps um little ankle things, so it all kind of came there again really highly rated. Then, if we go to uh the, if i type in fitness bands on amazon, if you guys start to notice a trend here right, i mean you're, seeing just different branding exact same image. Sometimes they mix different things like this company didn't add anything extra compared to what i bought, but it's forty nine dollars

 You know that they're, somehow weights will make them bulkier. You have to get that. That'S not true, if that even like, if it's about resistance, just choose a lighter weight, if that's somehow you're thinking of, but this isn't like some magical thing, if you use it, it's gon na be toning versus building. So i want to get that out of the way too uh

 But if you look at what is the this is the product i bought? Okay, so it was 29 on on amazon and you can see that you know with free shipping. It'S got a lot of high ratings and you'll see this picture you're going to see a very similar picture, and all these things later all right and you notice it came with these kind of special bells and whistles which it came with.
