The Treadmill 22 is a fully-featured high-end treadmill with all the bells and whistles. It has a large 60" x 22" running surface that offers ample space for long strides and running at any speed. A 12 mph top speed and smooth-rolling belt is suitable for power walking, endurance runs, high-intensity intervals, and everything in between. This sturdy model boasts a 400-pound weight limit, and the tread deck features Comfort Tech cushioning that does a fine job of absorbing impact, with decline to -5% and incline up to 20% to simulate glute busting climbs and moderate downhills. A 22-inch HD touchscreen serves as the main interface for choosing workouts through the JRNY app and viewing them while you work out. Well-placed speed and incline controls on the handrails and the extended handlebar grips, plus quick jump buttons on the lower console make them easy to adjust, even while running. The JRNY app is more affordable than other competitors, and while it isn't the most impressive, it offers a good variety of studio-style classes, virtual coach programs, Explore the World scenic runs, and lots of off-treadmill workouts for total body fitness. One unique aspect of the JRNY app is that you can stream your favorite entertainment from popular services like Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, and more through the screen &#40;subscriptions required&#41;, and it works with third-party training apps like Zwift through your own device. We love the versatility of this platform, and the options it provides. It also comes with features like a heart rate armband, a small cooling fan, a USB charging port, front-facing speakers, and plenty of places to keep things at arm's reach. 
The Treadmill 22 is the largest and heaviest model we tested and it is best suited to a dedicated workout space. The tread deck folds up to reduce its footprint by about half, but it's still a sizeable machine. Assembling it isn't particularly difficult, but it is quite time-consuming, and once it's assembled, moving it around is certainly no easy task. It's also quite expensive, and while we feel it is the best we tested, it may be more than many people need. That said, if you take your indoor training seriously, we think the Treadmill 22 is the way to go.

This bench is strong enough to be used for many strength-building movements and versatile enough to make up for its higher-than-average price tag. The lower legs lock into place at 8" and 14" but can be safely set up as a decline bench. The platform moves from a flat position to a 25, 50, or 75-degree incline, with each one offering safe and stable support. The exceptional amount of ways this bench can be positioned makes it an incredibly dynamic choice for home gym use. You can easily transition from one configuration to the next without taking time away from your workout. This bench even offers a 5.65-liter storage cache beneath the central platform, though when this storage space is full, the adjustable feet are inaccessible. The coin-grip surface texture of the Yes4All provides great traction for sweaty hands or wet shoes, and the feet offer excellent floor traction as well. This step weighs in at 32 pounds, which means it won't budge while you're doing your exercises. Yes4All rates this multifunctional aerobic deck for up to 300 pounds, and we believe this to be true. During testing, we had a 200-pound man use this as a bench for heavy lifting and a step for jumping, and it held up to the challenge without fail. 
The drawbacks of the Yes4All are relatively sparse in the grand scheme of things. We found it to be quite cumbersome to move, though still doable. When lifted, the feet tend to buckle, which can add to the overall clunkiness of movement. This isn't a problem if you choose to leave the bench in one spot, but we would not recommend this step as one to purchase if you require to move it around often. The only other nitpicky detail we found with this bench is that it is only 14" tall at its highest. We love to add box jumps to our circuits, and 14" isn't high enough for a real hop-testing challenge. Ultimately, however, anyone who wants an all-in-one bench for lifts and circuits will be very happy with this award winner.

The bench was ordered after seeing the similar bench that was sold out, and it took a few weeks to arrive, but I am very happy with it.     It took me 2 minutes to unbox and 1 minute to set up, it was easy to follow the instructions and I was able to fit 3 jump ropes, thigh bands and 1 in my home gym.     This is a great bike that has many functions, it's nice and sturdy, if you pop everything in to place correctly.     The bench is sturdy and easy to put together, perfect for a home gym, and it has extra storage for those items you want to keep tucked away
