 I have pairs of Rogue bells from 16kg to 40kg and there is really no comparison between the CAP bell and the Rogue bells. The CAP bell while decently finished has inferior powder coating and a slight seam under the handle. All of my Rogue bells are flawless. In conclusion

A good value as far at kettlebells go

 Amazon sells plenty of different types, any of which will work. Start with the lighter weight KBs and don't move up until you"own" that exercise with that weight, which may take a few months. Go too fast and you will tweak something and be out of commission for a few weeks or more!
