Benefits
It has a setting where you can put it at around 700 lumen (plenty of light for riding on the street and non-technical mtb sections) and with one press of the button it switches to 1500 lumen (definitely needed for fast technical sections). It's also light and compact enough enough to easily mount on the handlebars and gives a nice floodlight. I also have more of a narrow beam light mounted on my helmet. This one should give around 1000 lumens (it's the BBB BLS-132 Stride 1000).

Health
We've been trying out the Echelon Stride treadmill and running classes.
All in all, the whole Echelon package will appeal to those who have the means and desire to add some class based running to the weekly milage, all from the comfort of home.
