After a long history of injuries and getting back into running after a significant injury 3 years ago, I'm following my doctor's advice and using MAF training. Keeping my HR under 131 BPM along with the aerobic benefit has the added benefit of reigning me in.

Intensity

36 sets, about 30 minutes taken and you should be destroyed. It's unpleasant but highly effective.
