 The USB dongle that comes with the headset allows you to use a USB port to connect the headphones. You do not need this dongle if you can plugin the headset directly to the computer audio output. I didn't have this option and need to use the dongle. After about a week of no problems the dongle started to cut out, sometimes the audio stops and I need to unplug and plug the dongle back in for it to work again

I like the over the ear fit, helps to reduce the noise in the room. Good audio quality, good microphone audio quality. Excellent for Video Conferences (during COVID-19 Telework)

 and suddenly the sound will cut out and my PC will no longer see the headset in the sound settings. The only way to fix it is by reaching down to my PC, unplugging and re-plugging it into the USB port. It doesn't happen super often, but it happens enough that I start to get pretty frustrated when I'm risking death in a game because I suddenly can't hear anything or speak to anyone for ~10 seconds while I fix it and wait for it to reconnect to my PC. Sometimes it happens hours apart, sometimes 10 mins

 I've used multiple headsets in that same USB slot and never had any disconnecting issues so I'm 99.99% positive it's not the USB port. Because of this issue alone, I would have returned this headset and maybe tried to get a different model or maybe even different brand, but my dog destroyed the product box shortly after receiving it so I guess I'm just going to use what I have.

 The last thing, and the one that really made me just shake my head, is that this headset will randomly just shut off, or lose power, or disconnect - I'm not sure which it is. All that I am sure of, is that *at least* once daily (if I'm using them for ~4 hours or more) I will be playing a game or listening to youtube, ect. and suddenly the sound will cut out and my PC will no longer see the headset in the sound settings.  I would have to recommend another brand, at least for headsets. If I had to drive one final point home, it would be DON'T BE DISTRACTED BY CORSAIR'S SLEEK PRODUCT LOOKS, OFTEN TIMES THE PRODUCT QUALITY JUST ISN'T THERE AND PEOPLE OVERLOOK THIS BECAUSE THEY LOOK COOLER THAN MANY COMPETATORS PRODUCTS. So I got these because I had been using a cheap $35 gaming headset and wanted something a bit higher quality, and since about 60% of my PC was using Corsair parts already (that I was very pleased with) I decided to go with these since they seemed to be a nice, stylish gaming headset. I saw forums with most people saying that adapter stopped working just a few months after getting the product

 While that did solve the problem I just want to share to Corsair that they should really look into a way to prevent or extend the longevity of the USB adapter. No one likes any electronic product to break down within a few months or even a week such as myself. Most gamers only have consoles so they need this adapter to use your product. Also Corsair if you do end up reading this please do not contact me to change my review by providing excellent service to me

Haptic feedback is really solid in the headset. Unfortunately the right cup randomly started popping and cracking for no reason. Had to send it to Corsair to replace it, as by the time it happened Amazon couldn't replace it or refund me. Was a shame

 Comfort is 8/10. I only issue and this might just be for me, after wearing for a prolong period of time, my left ear kinda hurts and even after readjusting, I still find a pain. I make my reviews honest, real and from personal experience. Your experience might differ

Solid headset

 Reattaching the rings was an unholy and frustrating experience. Took me no lie, almost an hour to attach just one side, until I figured out a smarter-not-harder process - - attach a ring 90% of the way, then stretch the new pad around it. Only thereafter snap the ring the remaining way into place. The other side took me half the time using this method

Pads, which were in great condition, came off in just about 9 months of very light use - - I only put these on for about an hour 5 days of the week. Sound quality is good (7/10), noise canceling is okay (6/10) when you play with the mic positioning, build quality is bad (3/10). After both pads separated on the same day (one fell off, the other started to separate so I just removed it), I was able to see how poorly this part of the headset was manufactured. The lip part of the pad material (bottom you can't see) is stretched and glued to the underside of a plastic ring, which is then forcibly snapped into place onto that side of the headset (left/right)

 If this is a turn off, which it should be, buy another brand (not Corsair) that designed a headset with a mechanism to easily replace pads - this, along with sound quality and noise canceling, should be a prerequisite for any gamer. I put "Made in China" in the title to save everyone some time since that is easily the most searched term for most product listings on Amazon. I won't elaborate on the obvious, so make your own buying decision if "Country of Origin" is important. Unfortunately we have to make concessions for some product types, which either are not made elsewhere or cost significantly more

 I have tried countless other wireless ear buds that do not have that rod, and all of them seem to cut out in my back jersey pocket. However, the apple airpods and the nc2 which both have those rods that come down always stay connected. I'd suggest if you are shopping for wireless ear buds that you make sure whatever you get have those rods.  Hope that helps

 Again, in my view, Tozo is head and shoulders above anything else out there and an incredible value. Another winner from Tozo! Well done!

 The NC 7 is just that good. Here’s a summary for what it’s worth: 1. Comfort - earbuds are significantly more comfortable than anything else I’ve tried on the market. Given the ergonomic design of the NC7, they are more comfortable than the NC2 and remain in place through bike rides, fitness training etc

 The fit is snug without being too tight. 2. Sound quality - every Tozo model provides excellent sound quality and it’s a subjective judgement on which is better. I happen to enjoy the deep bass and overall tonality of the NC7, which comes through with any music genre

My view: the best earbuds from Tozo so far.

These are nice, versatile, feature-rich ear buds that are a step above your typical cheaper ear buds.  The sound is quite good, and the selection of ear tips should meet just about everyone's needs. While on previous Tozo ear buds the tips have been just various sized rounded rubber tips, the NC7's include some flatter molded tips as well. I found the flat tips to result in a nice tighter fit that helped augment the active noise cancellation

  T6: Same issue as the NC2 - the stem isn't long enough, so I had to return these.  So if you have deeper inset ear holes, I wouldn't recommend the NC2 or T6. Without a secure fit into your ear, you really can't judge sound quality either, so I won't comment on that for these models.  T12: I really liked the sound on these, but the issue here is that the touch controls are overly sensitive and would activate on their own randomly, which was irritating

  All in all, for me and my ears, I can recommend the T10 and NC7 (with mod). I can't recommend the T12 at all. The NC2 and T6 probably will work just fine for lots of people with ears that don't require a longer stem from bud to tip, but not having successfully been able to use these, I can't really comment on sound. But based on the sound of the NC7, T10, and T12, I think they'd be just fine

 I had to return both pairs of these I tried as both had this issue.  T10: These work really well for me. The stem is long enough to provide a good fit and the sound is pretty good. The wireless charging case is great, it's just on the big side

Nice, high-value ear buds; mod recommended (plus a comprehensive review of other Tozo models)

 The buds go unnoticed for about an hour or two before this affects me. I don’t want to say this will happen for everyone though, but the design could be improved upon.  Battery Life (5/5): This is the main selling point of these buds. They really do last a LONG time, much longer than some of its competition

 Some say it lacking in quality, but I love how small it is compared to some other cases. Fits easily in my pocket, and easily charged by a conventional android cable:  ANC Quality (3/5): Let me start by saying my 3/5 rating might seem low, but I’m coming from ANC cans such as Bose QC35, which I put in the 5/5 category.  The sound lends its self a slightly more “flat” signature then other buds I’ve used in the price point. Other buds tend to have a warmer, bassier, but less accurate sound signature. This is not to say that these buds lack bass; it is quite punchy and shows up in generes that need it, with EDM like Nightcore. However, when you listen to classical music like Mozart, these Tozo buds are accurate enough to enjoy without being bothered by the “warm” signature of other buds taking away from the accuracy of the recording

TL;DR: A stylish and well-built entry level ANC bud well worth the price. The only con would be comfort over an extended period of time.  Now let’s get to the meat of the review. I’ll break it into 4 parts: Sound Quality, Comfort, Battery Life, ANC Quality

Excellent ANC Buds; Just One Con

  The buds are comfortable and I am able to wear them for long periods without ear fatigue. I've worn them all day during a virtual conference and they not only felt fine but also were better than my headset for the Zoom meetings. The touch controls are pretty easy to use, responsive, and can perfrom all actions of the earbuds including volume which isn't always the case. I think the buds are more stylish than the typical offerings and kind of look like they were made to compete with the Jabra series, which I think they do on style, sound, and especially price

  I have tested the battery on each bud to 10 hours so the claimed battery life is accurate. This easily beats many of the high dollar options out there. I did encounter an issue where I took the earbuds out of the charging case after being in overnight and the battery of the buds was at 20%. Although the charging case magnet is strong apparently be sure the buds are fully connected when you put them away

 These don't seem to have a processed sound as some do, it is produced as it was recorded. I know it is a subjective opinion as to the effectiveness of doing so but I burned these in for about 40 hours with varying soundscapes and pink noise and I feel it opened these up and made them sound better and increased the volume.  The buds are comfortable and I am able to wear them for long periods without ear fatigue. I've worn them all day during a virtual conference and they not only felt fine but also were better than my headset for the Zoom meetings

  I didn't expect much from the noise cancelling but I am impressed by the ANC and Transparency modes. The buds fit well in your ear, and kind of screw-in, so the passive noise cancelling is already quite good. The ANC blocks several frequencies and is very noticeable. Similarly the Transparency mode is effective at letting in sound although it is a little fuzzy sounding if you don't have the sound playing on the earbuds

Great buds - service is dead

 These have phenomenal battery life. Because I tend to use them for 30-60 minutes at a time I only charge them every few weeks. I've never run out of battery on any of my earbuds while they were in my ear - ever - so I can't really compare that.  The ANC is what I would expect for earbuds this inexpensive

 My S21 doesn't do that with other Bluetooth devices though. ToZo replaced the buds but I continue to have the problem. I wouldn't purchase these again.
